Cooking Seminar : )

So last night my girlfriend Lauren took me to a conference- or I guess it was more of a seminar- on Mediterranean and North African rice and micro-pasta dishes. And actually, quite a few of that region's most prominent chefs gave lectures on their favorite semolina bases for vegetable stews.

I guess you'd call it the "who's who" of couscous.
