What is your #1 ana tip that you absolutely 100% follow?
Mine is my new favorite which is using lettuce instead of bread. Cuts out tons of cals.
Since school is ending tomorrow, it’s gonna be a lot easier for me to stick with these diet plans. I think I’m going to start this one tomorrow and hopefully I’ll stick with the plan instead of failing it like I did with every other one. I’ll try to update you guys ever 2-3 days I think.

Okay so I discovered a godsend today
What you’ll need
- lemon juice (0 cal)
- koolaid liquid (0 cal)
- water (0 cal)
And that’s it!!! I fucking love it and I’m going to buy more so I have a fuck ton of it and the koolaid comes in different flavors and tastes just like lemonade and it’s great for when you want to binge.
Lol don’t mind my fat hand and crusty nails

A few things I enjoy eating. Feel free to add to this list.

▪️Cucumbers 🔸Mini- 10 calories🔸Large- 45 calories🔸
🔷- Add salt or pepper and enjoy. Easy to eat in large portions. Better when in periods of heavy restricting, or when you’re just beginning to introduce food back into your system. 🔷
🔴🍜Soup:
▪️Shriataki noodles 🔸USUALLY 0 calories🔸
▪️Bouillon cubes 🔸About 11 calories🔸
🔷- Most shriataki noodles are calorie free, unless flavored. Bouillon cubes are small blocks of flavor that you add to water to make broth for soup, which are usually about 11 calories and can make enough strong flavor for a cup of broth. If you enjoy a less intense flavor, try adding one cube to 2-3 cups of water.🔷
🔴🍰Dessert:
▪️Mochi ice-cream 🔸90-110 calories🔸
▪️Arctic Zero ice-cream 🔸150-300 calories per pint 🔸
🔷- Mochi ice-cream is just ice-cream wrapped into small balls of dough. The brand I like is My/Mo. Their usual flavors are 110 calories per ball, and non dairy options are 90-100 calories. I prefer Arctic Zero ice-cream over Halo Top because its lower calorie and has a less intense flavor.🔷

A workout I made! I modeled each day after a mythical creature, because it’s fun, ok? (Except for the Shield Maiden; I know they were real people.) I follow it religiously and sometimes do it twice a day. It’s quiet but still a good workout. I use 3lb weights with it, which makes it even harder, but the rewards are easy to see! If you eat less than 500 cals a day, please dont do this. It’s too intense. I purposefully designed each workout to burn 500+ cals. When used with weights, it burns more. Enjoy!!

Avoiding a Binge 🍦🐖🍦
1. Instead of binging find a really interesting book that’ll distract you from your cravings.
2. Instead of binging rewatch your favourite childhood shows, listen to music you used to love or branch out and try and find new bands you might like.
3. Instead of binging watch motivational videos on youtube or learn something new that you’re passionate about. These are such better ways to spend your time than getting food you know you don’t even need
4. Instead of binging organise your bookcase, your desk, your room, your life tbh. Do you really want to clutter it with empty wrappers and dishes from a Binge after all that ?
5. Instead of binging study a topic you really don’t understand and tell yourself you will stay in your room till you get it
6. Instead of binging have a spa day! Paint your nails, wear a face mask, do make up and hair, go for a bath. Treat yourself like a princess because if you keep going you’ll start to look like one
7. Instead of binging go for a walk in your home town. Find 5 things that you never noticed before on your way out and on your way home find 5 things that are beautiful. Don’t stop until you do
8. Instead of binging wash the dishes. Seeing the disgusting hardened food will put you off eating for a while not to mention if you eat anything you have to wash the plate it was on
9. Instead of binging count to 100 and back again in a second language or first. Sometimes all you need is a few minutes for the cravings to pass.
10. Instead of binging pick a reward for yourself if you don’t binge. It could be a new pair of shorts, a bath bomb, a new game anything that works for you
