why its easier to lucid dream and sleep paralysis during summer?

i've noticed something babes, thst i could fall asleep easier; i sleep for longer hours and lucid dream, sleep paralysis occur way more than it was in winter/ spring. For me its summer now and heatwave in europe fvcking kills me. (salute to southern hemisphere baddies) BUT, even tho i hate summer and id prefer winter over any season, its been bountiful for me like i mentioned, and i asked my godfather, and he said he experienced the same thing so i searched about it.

Theres of course biology behind this rather than psychologi like i first thought before. So, even though some of us hate the heat our body has to work twice as hard to fight it. and when its hot and humid outside our body constantly triggers vasodilation (aka widening our blood vessels to push heat to our skins) and sweating to keep our core temperature down, and this non stop internal cooling mechanism burns an immenseeee amount of energy and lowers our blood pressure slightly. which causes that heavy and lethargic "drugged" (i felt HIGH this morning before naturally triggering both 2 lucid dreams and sleep para when my budgie woke me up around 7 am he does God's work by aiding me with WBTB lmaoo) feeling of absolute sleepiness during the day. so our body is quite literally exhausted from just existing in the heat!!

And ccause i prefer long night hours and dislike daylight, the intense prolonged summer sun creates a massive contrast in my sleep wake hormones. (if youre like me youll probably experience this)

Soooo as the diagrams shows,, summer sunlight compresses our natural melatonin window into a shorter& sharper peak. When we finally escape the heated daylight and enter a dark room that sudden drop in light triggers a rapid, concentrated release of melatonin. And during winter, melatonin gets secreted in a long flat, kinda sluggish wave over the many dark hours, which can ironically lead to fragmented sleep or insomnia cause our circadian rhythm lacks a sharp on and off switch.

And as for myself, the fact that i sleep longer and deeper in summer is the exact formula needed for intense lucid dreaming!! (FOR EVERYBODY) casue dreaming happens during REM phase right. As we can see in the sleep cycle chart i put beneath, our REM periods are pretty short at the beginning of the night, but they grow significantly longer and denser, and more tightly packed during the 6th, 7th, and 8th hours of sleep.

And cause im sleeping way more hours and deeper during the summer im spending vastly more time in these extended late morning REM cycles. So high temperatures cause micro arousals like tiny brief moments where my mind snap closer to the surface of consciousness without fully waking my body up. This exact state (like, an active, conscious mind trapped inside a deeply asleep, REM heavy body) is the ultimate neurological sweet spot for triggering spontaneous lucidity and intense visuals.

and lucid dreaming, sleep paralysis, or MABA in general = Good opportunity for Shifting and entering the Void state. I suggest meditation. As a habit, it helps and I can get the MABA phase within like 15 minutes. I'll create a detailed post on how to meditate.

people forget that you don’t create your desired reality or your dr self, it already exists. you just are deciding which one you’re shifting to, it’s not like it suddenly exists out of thin air when you start scripting.

it’s like a radio. the other channels are still going and playing and existing, even when you’re not currently tuned in.

just remember that, guys, i feel like we forget that a lot.
