spoke to parents on phone, it was nice. dad and mom got gifts and they're excited to see me next month.

I have been playing expedition 33 and the music has been stuck in my head. having fun but focusing is hard, attention span is 15-20 min unmedicated

christmas was better than the last few years, celebrated with family and bens family. I felt more comfortable this year than in the past

I feel like I am connecting with other people better

night terrors, screaming and yelling for help from mother that ignored me but I could see her i knew she could hear me. screaming and betrayed.
