okay i’ll try to describe 2 main ones it’s hard to express mental structures though
the sensation of something always falling through the cracks, being forgotten, and inevitably rearing its head as a larger issue later. this one is like a buzzy haze of neuroticism.
the perception of extreme unoptimality, never using one’s time correctly, not having enough information to make your action spiral into the future perfectly. this one is like a stomach drop sensation of seeing a too-large thing.
