I go by Toho and I like to fandom hop from time to time. Not exactly the most consistent, I know lol but that's just how I am. Tons of games to play, shows to watch and webcomics/manga to read, etc. It's a multitude of things that I want to check out so I'm never really in the headspace for one particular thing for too long. Really, I'm just all over the place so bear with me lol.

A few personal favorites of mine are steven universe, sly cooper and gantz. it may not be that many but I believe this is how most people are in terms of having a select few of personal favorites. I do hope to expand on my favorites someday.

I may be inconsistent but I do try my best to be active to some capacity. my time's always limited since I'm doing more than I can handle such as gaming or checking over other socials. It'll be spikes of activity sometimes if I do have time to sink in.

It's always fascinating whenever there's a minor or major character that looks like a variant of the MC(Or another). sometimes it'll a family member but other times it'll be a character that just happens to look adjacent to someone.

Often times they're introduced later in the series and I feel like they're sudden appearance later on is more impactful after you've gotten use to the MC & others.

Once you find the main cast pretty recognizable, any new character that resembles them always look unique in some way with slight alterations. Sometimes more charming. It even makes ya look back at the mc or the cast and it sorta warps your perception a bit. you start to think that they look a lil average lol

So I kinda wanna take a guess at how miss info and fold became villains right. It might be too early to speculate this hard but I sorta want to get this thought out anyway lol

So as far as I know, miss info is a tutorial npc and fold is a instruction manual/cheat sheet.

When it comes to miss info, lets say her past of being a tutorial npc had done irreparable damage to her sense of self. I think she might've been ignored numerous times after the hero's gotten well versed in how their own game works. As a npc who only serves to guide the hero, there may have been a point where the hero no longer needed her help. Say she started to conceptualize the meaning of neglect along with the feeling of being useless after everything's become common knowledge for the hero. Having dealt with a repetition of negligence, this could've been the start of her manifesting a conscious and understanding what self-worth is. Filled with agony and contempt for those who felt that she was of no use to them, it leads her to break down her core programming and becoming somewhat fractured from within. Developing a will of her own by force but is still intertwined with remnants of the original AI. This could be what pretty much causes her to be inconsistent and spread misinformation along with exhibiting a psychotic behavior.

With fold, the same also applies as he's a instruction manual/cheat sheet. Maybe back on his world, he's had pent up resentment of being ignored too. Cheats are pretty archaic at this point so who has the time to really bother with cheats?/Who has time to read instructions when the hero can figure out everything on his own(which can be interpreted as the player hopping straight into the gameplay and guessing the controls. Though, people need to read anyway. those reading comprehension rates is not looking so great rn lmao). Maybe he's also grown tired of being seen as obsolete as well.

At this point, I would guess that both misinfo and fold want a world where there's no accurate information at all, leaving the hero to struggle on their own as they make countless mistakes, a lack of navigation and misusing items. All for the sake of their amusement.

I think it makes sense for those who were once neutral to derail from their purpose after being brushed aside and looked at as an afterthought but not taken into consideration.

Alright so bear with me. would it be crazy to say that I find the characters in gameoverse pretty average looking? Stay with me now! lmao stay with me!, I know BOTH crowds of the spectrum are gonna look at this as absurd. With as much discourse that I have seen when it comes to kit and miss info, I think what people take issue with the most is how much their timeline got filled with busty exaggerations of the characters.

y'know, i get it. maybe you didn't ask to get flashbanged with cat pussy all throughout the timeline 24/7 lmao but I do feel like THAT could be the reason why people have so much hatred for these characters along with glitch. we do live in a time where artists are pretty gooned out of their minds n' all.

I had to sit back and really think about this. Are their designs really that provoking? when I saw kit all throughout my feed before the pilot was even out, my immediate thought was nothing involving her being fuckable. and it's like yea, the thighs are there, the rack is there. maybe I'm just old? maybe the art style doesn't really make the neurons in my head start ringing?

like idk, maybe I just need to be constantly thinking about how slick kits back is or hyper visualize miss info's nipples being visible through a bra lol. it's just, as many shots as I've seen like miss info being tied up or a back shot of kit in a bikini, they just don't do much for me.

I genuinely think that the problem people take issue with is just the fanart.

As much as people found flappers voice to be obnoxious and that it kills serious moments for them, I still teared up a lil after he started to feel some level of guilt and started blaming himself after witnessing his planet breaking itself down.

Its the discomfort that overshadows his joyfull spirit that makes it pretty sad..

It's unfortunate that people are desperate to get their opinions out so quickly rather than letting a first watch sit with them or at least giving it a 2nd or 3rd go.

We live in a time where it's become an absolute necessity to hop on social media within seconds after finishing a PILOT just to express an outrageous take.

animation fans seem to forget that we were NOT on social media when we were watching reruns of the same episodes of cartoons on CN, Nick, Disney etc. If shows like gameoverse and planetronika were broadcasted on tv daily and if they didn't have a presence online to bash on, they would never receive this level of criticism.

At least with reruns, you would've sat with your thoughts and formed them properly after every rewatch. Something animation fans need to start doing.
