Technically, their first first meeting was when the turtles followed Seraphim to the docks and found Jun' there. While the turtles were searching for her, they only knew her from the descriptions her sisters gave. So when they found her they didnt expect her to be so antagonistic and they had a lil skirmish. One overly dramatic and chaotic brawl scene later, they end up accidentally throwing her in the ocean and she slips away :D
Their first REAL meeting was when Jun' was brought back to the lair to reunite with her sisters and recover. Donatello was working virtually with like hacking and stuff, so she didnt see him until he walked out (really shabby lookin mind you). Jun' immediately put two and two together and understood that he was the one helping her and his brothers escape. Shy but excited she immediately fauns and questions him about his tech. (To which his egotistical ass is happy to comply)
Jun', having no life experience whatsoever, mistakes her feelings of kinship and admiration as love, and continues to think of it as such for a while (unreciprocated.) Donnie found her a bit annoying because she'd sometimes interrupt him, bombard him with questions, and subconsciously rearrange things in his lab. (Not to worry though it eventually grew on him.
Eventually they begin to have a real friendship, bonding over their love of science, botany, and eventually, astronomy. Jun' talked about stars as if they were the most amazing thing ever and the more she talked about it the more he would believe her.
Soon Donnie starts catching actual feelings (shocker) and I have this funny scenario in my head where he has no idea what it is and running all sorts of scans and tests on himself wondering if he is going to explode. (Yes his brothers catch wind and laugh at him behind his back)
Jun's supposed crush turns into a real one when he starts caring more about her and notices small things. It feels deeper to her which terrifies her because she thought she already knew what it felt like.
My first date scenario right now is a boardwalk that Donnie disguises as a "group research experiment" or something and his brothers tail him while they walk together and play games and talk about nerd stuff idk. They are gullible and dont know its a date until they call April and she puts two and two together.
