The word “togs" is Aussie slang for swimming costume, the most useless piece of clothing ever thought of, produced and sold. In the pursuit of a sustainable future, nude swimming should be mandatory and production of togs abandoned. Throughout our society, a degree of gymnophobia has been instilled in all of us, a condition I myself suffered from until my partner and love of my life set about curing me and teaching me body acceptance. This blog is dedicated to the acceptance of the human form, celebrating life and happiness as a whole human being who is comfortable with both their mind and body. If you suffer from a mild or an acute form of gymnophobia, then I hope you can overcome your anxiety of your physical existence and join the millions of people around the world who have discovered the joy of non-sexual social body acceptance and being nude.
