As we’re mid injury stoppage here, a quick look at my dismal Fantasy 5 performance so far this evening. Aubameyang’s late goal in Frankfurt has salvaged some pride, though one for Cutrone (triple points) would shed a better light on things.

Joe’s currently sat in our hotel reception checking flights from Madrid to Tallinn. He’s nothing if not a forward planner.

Picture the scene. The stadium big screens show the helicopter coverage of both teams’ bus journeys to the ground followed by their walk to the dressing rooms. Each set of fans is cheering their respective players, jeering the opponents’. The loudest reception, Ronaldo and Salah aside? Oxlade-Chamberlain, who’s very much part of Liverpool’s matchday despite being on crutches.
Tom Kell, match reporter There are plenty of Krakow locals, as well as supporters of the two teams in action, here tonight.
