Download: metal walls and floors (with textures from Castaway Stories)
2 floors: 2x2, 4 simoleons, available in Other. Texture: 512x512 pixels.
4 walls: 2 sets, 4 simoleons, available in Paneling. Texture: 256x512 pixels.
The two floors are the same except for the direction. The reason I chose to do this despite the game having the ability to rotate floors is that, for an unknown reason, some ceiling tiles will revert back to the original direction sometimes. And for buildings with curved or otherwise non-flat floors, such as the quonset pictured, replacing the tiles is not a quick task. So having the two directions available from the start prevents that issue.
Textures were extracted from the broken metal hut in The Sims Castaway Stories.
Here's my little treat for you! This is a new effect that will spawn little ghosts. There are two versions, one that spawns only a few and one that spawns a lot of them!

The ghosts in action!
Known issue:
The Neighborhood Road Transparency Fix from Criquette's Rural Charm Terrain & Road Default Replacement will somehow cause roads to cover the ghosts. Base effects don't have this issue (see the smoke on the right in the picture below), but I haven't been able to figure out how to fix it for my little ghosts. If I do, I will reupload fixed versions.

I’m trying to break the weird habit I have of big house = big family full of kids. I want this one to work as a cool house full of chill roommates who love to throw movie nights together and have lots of parties.
I uploaded these ten (!) years ago to Garden of Shadows. They are still available there, but I don’t have access to my Mediafire account anymore, so I’m reuploading them to Sim File Share just in case. Some of the floors come in 1x1 and 2x2 versions.
I'm looking for people with some spare time who would like to test an experimental mod for dyeing objects in the buy/build mode. And then check how they behave in the live mode.
I would like to receive your feedback, including any issues you encounter and suggestions you have.
If you’re interested, DM me on Tumblr or Discord.
Here's a short video showing the current state of the mod:
Perfect for a museum! This is ALL the fossils converted from ACNH, the skeletons were in multiple parts, so I put them together and removed the bases. I sized these roughly to life size, so they are HUGE, ecspecially the Brachiosaurus and Diplodocus. The Brachiosaurus is about 3 stories high! They are also HIGH POLY - you have been warned! They each only have a one tile footprint though, for more flexibility with placing them. I used the texture from @shastakiss' Tyrannosaurus skeleton.
The smaller fossils each sit on one tile, and use the original textures from ACNH. All of the fossils are in Deco -> Sculptures, and are priced appropriately high - a dinosaur skeleton shouldn't be cheap!
While looking for edge hiders to use with the roof hatches I made, I noticed that the fence from Adele's Liam build set has a pretty nice bottom rail that overlaps wall edges, though it doesn't completely cover them when used above a wall. Seemed easy enough to fix that and separate the rail from the fence, so that's what I did.
This edge hider comes in all 6 colors from the Liam set. I remapped them for optimization and enabled sims to walk over them.
The colors won't look exactly as in Adele's set because I edited the material definitions; these didn't make sense for me to be super shiny. I included a remapped edit of the original Liam fence that uses the same material settings and covers the wall edges properly, matching the edge hiders seamlessly. These fences won't override Adele's, so you may have both.
Download (SFS) (alternate)
The files are compressed. The edge hiders are 32 polys with a 64x256 texture, and the fences ~130 polys with a 128x256 texture. Build/fences, costs are §1 and §13.
Diagonal Roof Corners and edgers match bohemian roof [AL], quarter-height roof set by Maxon @jennamaxon and half-height roof set by WhiteWaterWood (MTS) << these are much more useful than original tall roof decor and I recommend you get both sets.

My diagonal roof bit is quite different from existing diagonal bit included in this large set of add-ons by Julsfels (MTS). It has slightly rounded corners - these look good when put together as little turrets.
My mini roof bits are a new thing - these are meant as wall edge hiders. Large rounded piece matches my Large Rounded Corner Wall.
The corner bits are a bit problematic (wall shading), but most issues can be fixed by placing the object with grid-snapping turned off.
All objects included in the archive are visible in hood view.
Large Round Corner fits two-tile wide diagonal wall. It blends (almost) seamlessly with the walls when placed as shown above. I recommend putting some dark wall recolor on the diagonal wall side to get rid of any flickering of the seam.
Recolor pack makes use of base game and AL textures, so Apartment Life is required.
Three textures included with the mesh are based on Pixelhate's Time Factor walls:
Masonry-02, Poured-02, Siding-10
It is safe to say that nothing in this world remains untouched by Time or Weather.
