So i was going through the enrolled nurse tag, as i'm finishing school soon and thinking about becoming an enrolled nurse. Obviously not many people had posted about enrolled nursing, so i came across your post from November last year straight away. You said you were starting work as a nurse, and i'm just wondering if you could briefly tell me about it, what it was like studying, etc, and now being in the workplace? Thank you.

Hi there! Well, studying it was enjoyable, if not a bit shambolic. The course itself was poorly set out, some of the teachers were less than desirable. However, I LOVE studying about health, so I found the course work and assignments enjoyable. It can be stressful, like most courses really. It becomes super stressful and anxiety ridden during placement, but it's a great experience to challenge yourself.

Being in the workplace has been wonderful. I've managed to find a great job, with excellent workmates and not much work politics. It's exhausting physically, and mentally can be draining, but it's very rewarding and the pay isn't near as bad as I've heard.
