Medjool dates are my favorite. 20-30 dates, 1.2-1.5 liters of water blend on high until totally combined.
Apple pie in a glass is amazing too >Ā 20-30 dates, 1.2-1.5 liters of water, 1-2 apples, cinnamon to taste
10 medjool dates 4 bananas 2 teaspoons coconut sugar.

Making crunchy tofu and veggie rice rolls: spinach, carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, baked sriracha & soy sauce tofu, green onion and sesame seeds.
5-MINUTE HEALTHY STRAWBERRY FROZEN YOGURT
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups frozen strawberries 3 Tablespoons agave nectar or honey 1/2 cup plain yogurt (non-fat or full fat) 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
Add the frozen strawberries, agave nectar (or honey), yogurt and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor. Process until creamy, about 5 minutes.
Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.
Kellyās Notes: I prefer a more tart frozen yogurt, but you can add additional agave nectar or honey if you want a sweeter-tasting dessert.
Fresh strawberries can be used in place of frozen, however the fresh strawberries must be frozen solid.
*If you sub out the plain yogurt for coconut yogurt this can be vegan.

Whole 30 Day 3
Man I was in a bad mood this morning!! I literally took myself on a timeout and went for a drive. It made such a difference and by midday I felt like a normal human being again. I went to the supermarket this evening and all I wanted was chocolate and chips and cake and bread and peanut butter and cheese and pretty much everything I couldnāt have!! It was hard and it will only get worse before it gets better I think.
And then I came home and I made my first ever meal in a slow cooker. I was pretty excited!! Because I went to the supermarket at 5.30 I couldnāt be bothered waiting around for meat to cook so instead I made butternut squash soup. It was delicious! And I ate lots and I felt full for the first time in the past few days, but not that disgusting, I canāt move kind of full which is good.
Now for the exciting bit⦠The above beautiful piece of art now belongs to me!! My Dad bought her for my 30th and I have to say that he was far too generous and I am completely spoiled! So not what I thought Iād get but sheās super cool and kinda sassy and completely perfect!
