DEAR THEODOSIA - St. Berry
Jesse shook his head, dropping a kiss on her shoulder. “Still beautiful,” he whispered softly. “Don’t apologize. I love you.” And he truly meant it. At her question, he smiled and nodded. “We probably should because they’ll be up again in no time…”
Rachel giggled as he kissed her shoulder. “I love you too,” she said before kissing his cheek. “Yes, they will and we’ll have to be super parents again,” she said with a laugh before shutting her eyes.
DEAR THEODOSIA - St. Berry
Jesse ran his hand over her hair, smoothing it out a little. “I’m still loving your body regardless. Though, I know you’ll need time,” he said gently. “Patience is not fun,” he said in between kisses. “We better get to cuddle. I can’t have the babies getting all of your time.”
Rachel smiled when he ran his hand through her hair. “It’s sort of a mess right now,” she said looking at herself and making a face. “I know, I’m sorry,” she giggled kissing him. “All four of us can cuddle together,” she giggled before yawning. “You want to sleep before these two wake up?”
DEAR THEODOSIA - St. Berry
Jesse crinkled his nose a little at the thought of waiting three months. “By then the babies will be even more energetic and we’ll be lucky to get a moment to cuddle,” he said as his hand ran up her arm a little.
Rachel looked up at him and gave him a look. “After what I went through I would love to wait a year, but that’s not going to happen,” she laughed before shaking her head a little. “Patience is fun, babe,” she said giving him another kiss. “We’ll get to cuddle. Don’t you worry.”
DEAR THEODOSIA - St. Berry
Jesse kissed her cheek and closed his eyes for a moment when he allowed himself to relax. “I can’t wait until you’re fully healed. I miss getting to hug you tightly. Among other things.”
Rachel snuggled into him and smiled a little before glancing back at him. “I know. I miss really cuddling with you. Ha, those other things have to wait another 3 months after I heal, babe,” she said as she turned around and kissed him.
DEAR THEODOSIA - St. Berry
Jesse groaned again when she turned him down. Rolling over, he gently put his arm around her, making sure to avoid the spots that were still sensitive from surgery. “The things I do for you because I love you,” he said playfully, kissing her shoulder.
Rachel smiled as she looked back at Jesse. “You love me that much. I promise when I’m al healed I’ll be the big spoon,” she laughed as she nuzzled his neck.
DEAR THEODOSIA - St. Berry
“Come on, let’s go lay in bed together,” he said as he took her hand and led the way to their bedroom. Jesse dropped into bed with a groan, running his hands over the sheets in a way that said that he had never appreciated how amazing their bed was before he had become a sleep deprived father of two. “I think today you get to be the big spoon,” he said as he curled up a little.
“That sounds like an amazing idea,” she said as she carefully got up, grabbed the baby monitor. She set the monitor on the side table and glanced at it to see the twins still sleeping. “Bed is an amazing place,” she said as she snuggled up. When Jesse told her to be the big spoon she made a face. “Um, you know I’m the one that got cut open right?” she asked shaking her head. “And I’m still very sore with stitches.”

“I’ll take her to her crib. We can use some us time,” he said as he carefully picked Eliza up and carried her off to the nursery to lay her down to sleep. He kissed both babies before returning to his wife. “Look at us nailing this parenting thing,” he said proudly as he crashed down next to her.
“I think us time is very much needed without a baby in between us,” she laughed as she watched him walk into the other room. When he came back she kissed him and leaned into Jesse but winced when her stomach started to hurt a little. “We’re pretty good at this parenting thing,” she laughed before looking up at him. “Though you know it’s killing me that I’m not in a theater right now right?”
DEAR THEODOSIA - St. Berry
Jesse put his arm around Rachel and leaned his head against hers. “These kids are bound to be special. They’re ours,” he said proudly. “I just hope we do a good job and they grow up as two well adjusted people who are happy and love their parents.”
“Of course they are going to be special. I expect nothing less,” she smiled as she looked at him. “We are going to do a good job and they will be nice young lady and gentleman,” she said looking at Logan. “I’m going to put him in his bed,” she said as she got up and walked into their room and put Logan in his little bassinet after swaddling him. She walked back out into the living room with the monitor in her hand so she could watch Logan if he got up. “Do you want to go put her in bed or leave her out here?” Rachel asked looking at Jesse.
DEAR THEODOSIA - St. Berry
“I do,” he said, leaning in a little to take a closer took at his son. “He’s gonna take after me. Though I won’t be surprised if he becomes a bit of a Mama’s boy.”
“Oh I’m sure he’ll take after you,” she laughed as she rubbed Logan’s back. “I don’t know he could be. He’s going to be something special, that I do know and so is she,” Rachel said looking in the swing at Eliza. “Some special kids.”

DEAR THEODOSIA - St. Berry
Jesse was glad that she wanted him to stick around because that’s exactly what he wanted to do. “I think she’s just gonna be a mini you wanting to go everywhere you’re going,” he said with a soft smirk.
“You think?” she asked with a giggle before looking up at him with a smile. “What about little Logan?” she asked looking at the baby boy who had fallen asleep on her chest.
DEAR THEODOSIA - St. Berry
Jesse sighed, knowing he should probably clean up but he was too tired. “I miss sleep,” he mumbled, patting Eliza’s back a little. “I know I’m probably gonna have to go back to work first, but right now I can’t imagine it. I like getting to help tuck these two in ever night,” he said with a soft smile. It made his heart swell to hear Rachel say that Eliza was a daddy’s girl. “God, I hope,” he said.
Rachel sighed before leaning back on the couch with Logan on her chest and nodded. “I miss it too,” she said letting her eyes shut a little. “I don’t want you gone yet. I can barely function on my own now,” she laughed as she looked at him. “Oh she will. Trust me,” she said with a smile as she laid there.
DEAR THEODOSIA - St. Berry
This just felt so perfect having his family all together now. “How are either of us going to go back to work when we’ve got these two little peanuts to stay home and love?” he asked, reaching out to poke Eliza’s nose. Looking around at the house, he cringed. “We have been really distracted, haven’t we?” he asked, now picking Eliza up because he wanted to hold her close. “Do you love Daddy?” he asked her, giving her a kiss.
Rachel looked around and their house was already starting to get taken up by baby things. “We have been that distracted and sleep deprived,” she laughed as she took Logan’s hands. “I don’t know how we’re going to go back after these two. It’s going to be hard, but you’re going back first so you can tell me,” she giggled as she gave him a wink. When she saw Jesse picked up Eliza she couldn’t help but smile. “Of course she loves you. She’s a daddy’s girl.”
DEAR THEODOSIA - St. Berry
Jesse had taken to fatherhood like a fish to water and he was so glad about that. “I’m not going anywhere,, so I’m happily stuck with you,” he said as he watched the babies. When Logan got fussy, he was glad that Rachel had gotten him because his sister would’ve started up any second after if she hadn’t. “We do make cute babies who just love their mama so much,” he said as he reached out for Logan’s little hand.
“Good,” she said giving him a smile before looking back at her son then glancing over at Eliza who was in her swing. “And they love their daddy so much,” she said leaning over and kissing him. “I never thought I would love two people so much. My dads should be back tomorrow to help us out for the next week. At least we’ll get the house cleaned,” she said before glancing next to her and seeing Millie jump up on the couch and walk over to Rachel and she started hesitantly sniffing Logan.
DEAR THEODOSIA - St. Berry
Jesse smiled when he felt her lips on his cheek. “I just love them so much,” he whispered. As she sat on his lap, he circled his arms around her waist. “I love you, too,” he murmured. “I don’t think i’ll ever be able to get enough of them or you.”
“I love them too. They are just perfect,” she said with a smile as she looked at him. “Well you’re stuck with us forever so that’s good,” she giggled before getting up when Logan started to get fussy. “Hi, baby boy,” she said as shed picked him up and walked back over to the couch to sit with him. She set him between her legs so that he was looking up at them and smiled when he opened his eyes. “We make cute babies,” she said tracing his cheek.
