chocoguns:
As if it wasn’t enough that he was brought out of whatever hell he’d been in, they couldn’t even give him a pizza the way he wanted? Actually– if they’d been able to bring him out of hell then why couldn’t they put chocolate on pizza?! Ridiculous. All he wanted was some kind of comfort food..Â
His hand slammed on the counter and he stared the guy straight in the eye from behind his sunglasses. “It’s not the same if I do it myself,” he argued, obviously frustrated. “It’ll be cool once I take it home, and it doesn’t melt right once it’s cooled down.”
He sighed. An attempt to calm himself. “Listen, if I bring the chocolate will you guys prepare it the way I’m asking?” He didn’t even understand why he was being so insistent; he just really wanted the chocolate pizza.Â
Lance felt his entire spine shiver in fear as the chocolate addict slammed his fist into the table. First of all, rude- the counter top did not deserve that- and secondly, Lance might be very tempted to loose that customer service smile in a few seconds.
Lance paused as he thought about the customers request. He knew that he couldn’t really do that- since it was out-of-store product, but he also didn’t want the manager to get involved with this guy if they didn’t have to.
He sighed and replied with an eyebrow raised.
“We can maybe make sure the pizza stays warm while you get some- but you’ll have to come back and still put the sauce on yourself. Company policy and all that. If you understand that.” He replied, as serious as he could without showing his already obvious annoyance towards the guy.
