Mama, what you advices for nightmares ? Especially tr/auma nightmares?
Have you tried thinking on your possible triggers? Try to see what sets them off and see if you can avoid those things. Also, take care to try and seek counseling if you feel that will help soothe your pains. Try to find a food or activity that soothes you after the fact like coloring or warm milk and cartoons.
