Toronto Photo Booth Company will be attending Canada’s largest bridal show January 10, 11 and 12. We will have 2 big showcases 😳, our VW bus and brand spanking new airstream Bambi II. We’re also going to have a really cool new product, our VW bar which you can use as a Photo Booth, Cupcake Bar, Cocktail Bar, Food Bar, Advertising Stand, and much more! We have been to many many bridal shows and I’d love to share with you our tips.
1. Create a wedding email, I don’t know about you but I go crazy when I see lots of emails that are unread in my mailbox. Nothing is more satisfying than after my wedding vendors were chosen, I converted the email to my household email and unsubscribed from those I didn’t want to hear from.
2. Bring people along that are excited as you are about your special day. It’s pretty annoying to have to convince somebody about a product or ask their opinion when they’re not really feeling the bridal show. Maybe that person is your fiancé, mother or sibling. Be sure to come by one of our Photo Booth and snap a photo with one of those pleasant somebody’s.
3. Sign up for those giveaways with your new email address, you never know... you might win!
4. Mark your favorite vendor flyers with a marker or pen and store them in your bag. Bridal shows usually give away a large bag. Canada’s bridal show has one of the biggest!
5. Bring a backpack or a rolling bag, one of your supportive bridal show buds can help you carry around your freebies, flyers and anything you might purchase at the show.
6. Eat food Before you get there, bring water, lip moisturizer and a snack. The metro convention center is a very large space, You will have lots of isles to walk up and down, lots of people to talk to and you and will be spending quite some time there. Prepare for that.
7. Wear comfortable shoes, This is Canada’s largest bridal show and the January show’s are usually the busiest. Like I said in point number six you will be walking around a lot.
8. Plan your day! There is no fashion show on Friday but there are two on Saturday, 2 PM and 6 PM. And there is one fashion show on Sunday at 3 PM. It’s best to Arrive about an hour and a half prior to the fashion show you plan on attending, that way you can get a good run on all the vendors and then possibly visit your favorites after.
