The puffer fish is friendly to the whistle's user and their allies, and understands the languages of the whistle user. The puffer fish will answer 3 questions asked by the whistle user in unintelligible gibberish. Upon answering the questions, or at the end of 1 minute after the whistle's activation, the puffer fish disappears.
