A long story about how I came to the life of my dreams!

All my life, I've known that an amazing fate awaits me. I've always had high expectations and big dreams in my head.
There wasn't a single doubt inside that I had come to this Earth for a reason. I knew that there was an important purpose for me.
I started to get involved in spirituality, manifestation and esotericism at the age of 16-17, at the peak of youthful maximalism. It was at this age that I began to suffer from depression, existential crisis, and bipolar disorder. I was tormented by questions about the meaning of life every day.
I have a rich imagination since childhood, so visualization has always been my mainstay. I was constantly in my thoughts.
Tarot, meditation, yoga, affirmations, subliminals! In 2020, I learned about shifting through tiktok, but I still couldn't get into another reality despite many attempts.
I was very good at manifesting through listening to subliminals and affirmations. All sorts of little things, and then bigger events. Especially money and material things, that's what I did best. But that wasn't enough for me.
When I learned about the concept of the void state, I was absolutely thrilled! I'm an impatient person and I wanted to get everything at once at the snap of my fingers. From that moment on, I tried to get there every night, all my thoughts were just about that.
I couldn't relax and let myself go completely. No matter how much I tried to stifle my thoughts, nothing worked for many years.
But, I'm very stubborn and eventually found my perfect way.
Since early childhood, I have been very good at remembering my dreams, writing them down. I enjoyed discussing and analyzing them. I started listening to lucid dream subliminals, and every night my dreams became longer, more realistic, and more colorful.
At the moment, I have come to terms with my problems in my family, health, studies and head. I relaxed and let go of the situation. Inside, I just knew that sooner or later what I wanted would be mine. I'm basically a very confident person, so doubts have not been my companion along the way. I won't even talk about my god syndrome.…
I was constantly romanticizing my life, no matter what. My main advice to you is: Don't sacrifice your life to a state of void. Build a routine, live life to the fullest. Exercise, walk, socialize, eat right, attend events. Believe me, it helps tremendously to maintain stability and mental health.
And then that night came. I drank melatonin, went through my usual bedtime routine and listened to a couple of random subs. As I said before, void was hard for me when I was conscious. I needed to turn on my subconscious. I dreamed about him. Mr. X. It was like it was real. We were driving somewhere in the car, loud music was playing, I felt very good. When he touches my hand, and I look into his face, I suddenly realize that I am dreaming. Until that moment, I had almost never realized this in my dreams.
I do not know how in a dream I remembered my intention.… Probably because I was thinking about it 24/7 during the day. I said: “I am pure consciousness.”
The music got louder, and my ears started to pop. THAT WAS MY PLAYLIST, GIRLS! He turned to me and kissed me. Everything went dark. It was not an emptiness, but an abyss. I was falling, so fast.… Everything went quiet, everything became so clear and simple. After that, I just said: “All the innermost desires of my heart have become my reality”
Then I woke up. I looked at the screen of the phone lying on the bedside table. Four o'clock in the morning.I immediately felt light inside, as if a heavy weight had been lifted from my shoulders. Apparently that's how life feels without depression.… It took me a moment to realize what had happened, and I even forgot about what had just happened in my dream.
How did I know that everything worked? There was a text message from him on the phone: “I bought you a ticket, come back to Moscow tomorrow.” I laughed and thought I was still dreaming. How could I have this person's number? But then, memories that could not have existed began to appear in my head. Our meeting, our first kiss in his dressing room, our walks, his house. What kind of nonsense is this? I thought. Can you imagine? Another reality just loaded into my head.
Then I looked at myself in the mirror. I am the goddess of beauty! My weight has decreased by 20 kilograms. After that, I found some bachelor's degrees, car keys and a new apartment keys. I cried with happiness for a long time, it was impossible to believe.
disclaimer: a method is not needed to shift, but i am constantly asked what i do to shift so i'm giving the people what they want. i don't always use a method to shift, but when i do, this is what i swear by.
step 1: get comfortable, then forget why ... ୨ৎ
curl into yourself like a cat at rest. stretch out feline-style if that feels more natural. don't make a ritual of it. you are not about to do anything. let the moment feel unimportant, and thus cease the preparations and the making.
step 2: murphy's law. let everything be a little wrong ... ୨ৎ
let things feel unreal. let your thoughts feel misaligned. let there be doubt. don't try to let go, or you'll only hold on tighter. it might get messy in your stream of consciousness, like a dream that hasn't fully loaded. the mess hinders nothing.
step 3: stay gone ... ୨ৎ
the idea is to stop adjustment. stop fixing and micromanaging what doesn't need your help to happen. if you start to feel distant, be distant. if your sense of self softens, don't glue it together. don't reassemble.
step 4: unmake arrival ... ୨ৎ
there is no "getting there". there is only the habit of believing you aren't. there is no arrival because there is no departure, and therefore, there is no laborious journey. you were never separated from where you want to be, nor will you ever be.
step 5: remain in what's left ... ୨ৎ
whatever remains without your effort is it. it is not a state to hold, nor is it something to maintain. if it fades, let yourself fade. if you notice it, it was meant to be noticed. if you lose it, nothing was lost. there is no version of you that does this better. there is no better. there is no secret, deeper layer waiting. this is what is here when you stop making something else. this is the shift.

“an assumption, though false, persisted in will harden into fact”. your thoughts, beliefs and assumptions create your reality. we are used to thinking that 3d is our true reality, but this is not so. 3d is a mirror that reflects your 4d
if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. “persistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistent”
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. “are you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?”. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year
(this is a bit of an exaggeration because i said it as an example., but i forbid you to think that manifestation lasts that long. “both 3d and 4d always show me only what i want to see. my 3d instantly reflects my 4d,” — this is your new assumption, whether you like it or not)
if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it

MANIFEST
important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. i’m not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want

PERSISTENCE
my honest opinion: if you are not able to be persistent, your desire is not that important to you. if you react to 3d and give up, then you don’t want to change your life so much. in order to manifest what you want, you need to be persistent in a new assumption
4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you don’t repeat affirmations from morning to evening or don’t listen to your entire playlist. don’t force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but don’t make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods

CIRCUMSTANCES
i know many of you may have difficult circumstances. but thinking about it you only complicate your life. your thoughts, assumptions and beliefs create your reality. please ignore 3d and your life will become much easier. know that people before you have succeeded in unbearable circumstances (poverty, abuse, death of loved ones, illness). they had doubts just like you, but they lived in the end and were persistent (+ this)
this doesn't mean you can't cry or be angry. no matter what you do, only what you think has power. give vent to your emotions, but be persistent in the fact that you have already succeeded. yes, it can be difficult and unusual, but you have to do it if you want to get rid of undesirable circumstances once and for all
do you have painful periods? cry, don’t hold back your tears, but insist that this is not so. be persistent in the fact that you have pain-free periods
are your abusive parents beating you again? scream and cry with anger, hit the pillow, but please ignore the 3d. repeat again and again that you are already in your desired reality, where you have loving parents

of course, shifting for the first time was awesome, but coming back was… interesting . i looked at everything differently . i feel like shifters talk about what shifting for the first time was like and forget to include the “coming back confusion”
002. after getting used to it, the “spark” kinda goes away .
now i know what the rest of shiftblr is gonna say . “shifting is real!!! don’t romanticize it!!!!” and i completely agree, for this reason . before i shifted for the first time, ngl, i did lowk think in the back of my mind it was gonna be sunshine and rainbows . obviously, i was wrong .
it’s just like any other life on any other day on any other planet . unless you’re shifting to mars or some shit .
It’ll get boring . it’ll get sad . It’ll get irritating . and trust, shit will get real . but that’s just how life is . after i realized thats how life is, i kinda got like . huh .

003. the real world is harsh .
as a girl who was never an actress, singer, dancer, model, guitarist, and songwriter in this reality, imagine my surprise when i saw that people would hate my acting/singing there ??? i scripted i was literally awesome ???? my discography is heavenly????? what ???? they aren’t even nice about it either .
be nice to celebrities!!!!!
004. you’re gonna start wanting to shift to a lot more “niche” drs after that .
soooo, you know how you’re shifting to be a student in hogwarts rn? well, you’re still gonna do that, but you might wanna be a lawyer in another dr now too . or maybe an alien from Saturn . or maybe a scientist who knows the secrets of the universe . or something .
after realizing you can explore every single reality out there, you start to want to experience new things in a more uncommon way . a way that other people probably won’t also be shifting there .
i mean . . . unless you have niche drs already . then like, fuck it, we ball .
005. you will have so many different relationships and dynamics and vibes with people you won’t know what to do .
after shifting, literally everything will remind you of either your cr, or your dr . you’ll remember an inside joke from your dr friend from a few years ago, and then in the same day cry about something your cr friend said while you’re in your dr .
it’s slightly almost kinda sorta maybe a little overwhelming at first, but you begin to get the hang of it as your dr is already something you’ve always known .
it’s fun, too . sometimes I’ll be out and see cute keychains and I’ll be like,”oh, (dr best friend) would’ve loved that.” you get a little homesick no matter where you are, but it’s almost comfortable, it that makes sense . because you know you’re gonna see them again, you already are .

“an assumption, though false, persisted in will harden into fact”. your thoughts, beliefs and assumptions create your reality. we are used to thinking that 3d is our true reality, but this is not so. 3d is a mirror that reflects your 4d
if you want something, then all you have to do is decide that you already have it and be persistent. many of you misunderstand the meaning of this word in the context of the law of assumption. repeating affirmations, listening to subliminals for 24 hours and doing methods at every opportunity is not persistent. “persistence is remaining in a state of fulfilled desire. to be persistent means to stick to your assumptions regardless of what 3d reality shows you. if you react to 3d, then you are not persistent”
by reacting to 3d, you do not allow new assumptions to form in your subconscious. imagine that 3d asks again and again if you are sure that you have mastered void, shifting realities, lucid dreaming, etc. “are you sure? are you 100% sure? but you said before that you always fail. i don't think you're sure. look, you woke up again in this reality without desires. what? do you really believe what you're saying? i ask you again, are you absolutely sure?”. instead of giving a positive answer every time, you immediately give up and scroll through tumblr looking for a new method. you must be persistent, even if you do not get what you want in 3d after a week, a month or a year
(this is a bit of an exaggeration because i said it as an example., but i forbid you to think that manifestation lasts that long. “both 3d and 4d always show me only what i want to see. my 3d instantly reflects my 4d,” — this is your new assumption, whether you like it or not)
if you have negative thoughts, and we most likely will, then immediately replace them with positive ones. negative thoughts also include anticipation of desire. remind yourself again and again that you already have what you want and you are not waiting for it to manifest itself. if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for your manifestation, then remind yourself that you already have it
don't think that negative thoughts are ruining your progress or that you have to start over. no, as long as you are on a mental diet, you are doing everything right. by the way, posts about mental diet that you must read:

MANIFEST
important part. manifest your desires. solve any problems using the law of assumption. you can do it right now, you don't have to wait until you enter the void or shift. it's easy. all you have to do is decide. i’m not asking you to affirm, listen to subliminals, do sats, etc. you just need to think that you already have everything you want and be persistent in this assumption
want a new phone? ok, just decide that it's already yours. you don't have to try to enter the void tonight to manifest a new phone. do you have the flu? decide that you are always healthy (by the way, this does not mean that you should not take medications. take them, but be persistent in the assumption that you never get sick). again, you don't even have to move your fingers. besides, negative beliefs will not make your life better. do negative thoughts fulfill your desires? no, so why pay attention to them? just enjoy the feeling of fulfilled desire. just enjoy the fact that you always get what you want
by the way, manifest something "unrealistic". telekinesis, magic wand, the ability to fly or talk to animals. there’s nothing difficult about randomly remembering once a day that you can fly, right? let your subconscious know that you can literally do anything
PERSISTENCE
my honest opinion: if you are not able to be persistent, your desire is not that important to you. if you react to 3d and give up, then you don’t want to change your life so much. in order to manifest what you want, you need to be persistent in a new assumption
4d is true reality, 3d is a mirror. live in your imagination, live in the end, only then will 3d reflect your new assumptions and beliefs. these people achieved success because they accepted that imagination is the only reality. you are no worse than them. you can be persistent. and you will be persistent
know that your failure will not affect my life in any way. but it will affect you. if you finally become persistent, then you will get everything you dreamed of all that time. do it for yourself. do it for the sake of experimentation. what if you succeed?
METHODS
let's start with the method of manifestation. all i require you to do is decide, be persistent, ignore 3d, replace negative thoughts with positive ones. this is literally the basis of the law of assumption
in addition to this, you may want to use manifestation methods such as robotic affirmations, subliminals, sats, meditation, etc. overall i'm 50% okay with it. everything is fine as long as you don't put methods on a pedestal. if you start to think that without following one of the methods you will not be able to manifest your desires, then this is a red signal. just relax. you will shift, enter the void void, do astral projection, etc., even if you don’t repeat affirmations from morning to evening or don’t listen to your entire playlist. don’t force yourself to lie on your back and visualize the desired reality during sats. do what you like and when you want it. affirm, visualize, make mood boards, etc., but don’t make it a mandatory action. don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. and remember you change 4d and 3d, not methods
and i also urgently, on my knees, beg you to abandon methods for void, shifting, sleep paralysis, lucid dreams, etc. if you knew how wonderful it is to lie on your side at night and just fall asleep. no need to lie on your back, affirm, visualize, count. you just fall asleep without setting alarms for wbtb. no meditation, pink noise, theta waves. you don’t feel guilty or angry because you’re too lazy to do the methods. you don't scold yourself because you roll over on your side and fall asleep in the middle of the method. you don't feel disappointed that the method didn't work (in 3d, of course). this is a relief and peace that you could have experienced all this time, but for some reason you denied yourself it
yes, i know it’s strange to hear from someone who previously published methods. ah, but what's the difference? it was a long time ago and not true. now i make myself comfortable on the bed and let my thoughts flow. if i want, then i fantasize about all sorts of things, if i want, then I think about the desired reality. and only sometimes i affirm that i have mastered void, shifting, lucid dreams, sleep paralysis. i think a little about my happy life, only because i accidentally remembered it. i don't force myself to do anything i don't want to do
i say again, i am firmly against the methods! in order to shift, you don’t need to lie motionless in the starfish position for two hours. just decide! be persistent! but if you still want to do it your way, then do it right. if your attempt is unsuccessful, do not react to 3d. decide what you shifted. decide that you have entered the void state. remember the mental diet. however i still recommend not doing the methods
MENTAL DIET
it’s better, of course, to decide that negative thoughts don’t arise in you, but if they do arise, replace them with positive ones. pay attention to your inner conversation. again, if a negative thought arises, immediately replace it with a positive one. replace one negative thought with 10 positive ones
“i woke up again in the current reality” >>> “i’m so happy that i woke up in my desired reality. i’m a master of shifting. in addition, i mastered the void, lucid dreams, sleep paralysis. and i always get what i want instantly”
“i envy her so much. i can’t wait to share my success story” >>> “i never envy anyone. i have a dream life. my success story is much better than hers. one post is not enough for all my success stories, because i shift and enter the void literally every hour”
“i had such a terrible nightmare last night” >>> “i have lucid dreams every night. i forgot the last time i had ordinary non-lucid dreams. by the way, i can easily control lucid dreams! there is nothing easier than entering the void state from a lucid dream”

something like this. have you read those posts about the mental diet, the link to which i left at the top? don't forget about such a wonderful thing as revision. if you forgot about the mental diet and indulged in negative thoughts all day, then just change your memories. “i’m so proud that i only had positive thoughts today”
LIAR
there are times when you have to break a mental diet. what to do? lie. say the “truth” out loud, but in your mind persistently deny it. for example, your mother asked how you passed your physics test. give her an “honest” answer, but mentally affirm over and over again that you passed the test. review this moment. but if someone on this site asks you, for example, have you ever shifted, you can either safely ignore it, or say that you have already shifted a million times because you decided so
TIME
stop waiting. stop waiting for you to shift or enter the void state. stop waiting for your first lucid dream, sleep paralysis and astral projection. time doesn’t exist you already have your desires. if you notice that you are waiting for your manifestations, then immediately remind yourself that you already have everything you want! don't count the hours, days, weeks. there is only the eternal now and it is up to you to decide what you are thinking about at this moment
“i hope i enter the void before friday” >>> “wait a minute. so i already enter the void every night. i just need to close my eyes for two seconds and i immediately induce pure consciousness”
“i've been applying the law of assumption for a week now, but nothing has changed” >>> “what the hell week? i literally have lucid dreams my whole life and wake up in the void state, in sleep paralysis and the desired reality 5 times a night”
“if i persist for two weeks, i will finally shift to desired reality” >>> “goddess, i'm in my desired reality right now. i'm a master shifter. shifting is very easy. i'm already shifted”
“when will 3d reflect 4d?” >>> “3d has already reflected my 4d. 3d instantly shows me my desires. what is time lag? this is the first time i've heard of this”
if you catch yourself thinking that you are waiting for manifestation, immediately change this thought to a positive one. forget about waiting and worry. these feelings will not make your life better. forget about such nonsense as time lag
CIRCUMSTANCES
i know many of you may have difficult circumstances. but thinking about it you only complicate your life. your thoughts, assumptions and beliefs create your reality. please ignore 3d and your life will become much easier. know that people before you have succeeded in unbearable circumstances (poverty, abuse, death of loved ones, illness). they had doubts just like you, but they lived in the end and were persistent (+ this)
this doesn't mean you can't cry or be angry. no matter what you do, only what you think has power. give vent to your emotions, but be persistent in the fact that you have already succeeded. yes, it can be difficult and unusual, but you have to do it if you want to get rid of undesirable circumstances once and for all
do you have painful periods? cry, don’t hold back your tears, but insist that this is not so. be persistent in the fact that you have pain-free periods
are your abusive parents beating you again? scream and cry with anger, hit the pillow, but please ignore the 3d. repeat again and again that you are already in your desired reality, where you have loving parents
are you angry because all the housework is on you? no, no, convince yourself that you are not washing the floors right now. no, your useless brother does, and in the meanwhile you are enjoying a delicious cake
know that it is never too late to change negative thoughts to positive ones. even if two hours ago you reacted to 3d and cried bitterly, cursing your life, now you can decide that this did not happen. i don’t think i want to leave links to posts about revision for the third time. i hope you have already read them. in very emotional moments, try to remind yourself that your thoughts create your 3d reality
let the undesirable circumstances be a reminder that you already have everything you want. is the Internet not working? the Internet is fast at all times and everywhere, and besides, you've mastered the void. not enough money? not only are you rich, but you also shift easily and quickly
SUCCESS
please do not share your mini successes. did you have your first lucid dream? i’m sincerely happy for you, but don’t you dare write something like “today i realized i was in a dream!! i tried to create a portal, but it didn’t work out. next time i will undoubtedly enter a void.” honey, you just threw your mental diet in the trash
either you wait until you achieve the final goal (shifting, void), or you share your success without breaking the mental diet. “this morning i woke up in sleep paralysis. although it was predictable, i’m a master of sleep paralysis and void. why? because i decided so” or “in the evening i was lying on the couche and shifted to my desired reality, but i quickly came back. anyway, i can shift there again whenever i want, because it's not difficult for me”
DOUBTS

EPILOGUE
this post is my first child. so i hope you read it from start to finish because the labor lasted a week if not more. i wish you good luck! i truly believe that you will begin to apply the law of assumption. are you aware that i have already decided that you have already sent me your success stories? there's no point in putting it off any longer, darlings! be persistent and i will be persistent in the assumption that you are successful <3
frankly, nothing. “wait, but what about affirming 100 times, counting, subliminals, and visualization? what about the senses!? beau sos!” no no, don’t fret my pupil, yes. surprise! you can actually do nothing and still shift! my nothing consists of just intention, and going to sleep because i don’t know about you, but i’d rather go to bed and wake up in my dr rather than do an 1000 step method and then wake up in my dr. if you really are into the steps, organization, and all that stuff, you go for it. for me? no.
loa (law of assumption) is a HUGE thing for me and in my realities. i use it for everything. its apart of me. it’s also how i manifest quickly when i want too. for those who don’t know, loa is basically just assuming you have something, and then getting that something. or thats how i see it haha. i assume im a master shifter (which i am), assume im a master manifester (which i also am) and those two go hand in hand. and then boom, i wake up in my dr/waiting room/etc because i know i will. its not “okay, im doing this method, and i might shift.” its “im doing this method and i will shift because i already have. fuck. i’m actually really good at it.”
and so then i shift naturally, because it should feel natural. shifting is natural.
2. do you just wake up in your dr or is there more to it?
nope you just wake up there. like you do in your current reality. also, along these current reality and dr lines. stop thinking of this reality or whatever reality your in as your “anchor reality.” stop thinking of it as your safe reality or as the reality you “belong in.” you belong in EVERY reality, not just this one. when i started off shifting, i used to think of this reality all the time. then i noticed. that was what was keeping me here. my consent connection with this reality. well guess what, you can feel that way about every other reality. feel that way, and i promise you it will help a lot when shifting so your dr doesn’t seem so distant from you.
also, i would like to put out there, ive been shifting for quite a while. traveling across time, and realities, ive learned a lot. and so i made myself my own little dimension in a way. i like to call it that but of course its just my waiting room haha. waiting rooms, in my opinion, should be used by everyone. they’re immaculate and help so so much. i love mine and live in mine!
what do i mean by that?
i wake up in my wr (waiting room) every morning. “WHAT?!” mhm. yeah. you heard me. i don’t wake up in my drs, i ALWAYS wake up in my waiting room first, and then go. i just feel more comfortable that way so i can prepare myself a bit and relax before hand. my wr, for context, is a big witchy cottage in the middle of no where thats pretty whimsical and the inside gives off the secret world of arrietty vibes (shout out to that movie it changed my life i love it sm) and my room is similar to arriettys! everything seems inlarged and i have a bunch of plants, a black cat, a flying broom, and a nice witchy kitchen with my spell books and potions and whatever. my waiting room is a mix of kiki’s delivery service and the secret world of arrietty vibes since studio glibli just gives off waiting room vibes haha. but yeah, i always wake up there, and then chose to wake up here, in my other realities, so on. little fun info, i go to my realities in my waiting room but casting a spell that has to do with that reality from my “reality book” in my waiting room, a door shows up in front of me (i usually cast outside either near my porch or backyard) and go through it to my reality either waking up it in or just showing up there as the door disappears behind me.)
3. how do i connect with my drs?
i would recommend doing some channeling or just thinking of your dr more often. that’s what i do! i don’t mean day dreaming constantly about your dr because that could surprisingly make you more distant from it, but just thinking as your dr self, and so on. thinking as your dr self is really good and is what i used to shift when i was first starting. i went throughout my day even at school thinking, “gosh, when i get home i gotta go do more reports and then investigate still.” (i was going to a dr where i was a master detective) and just thought like that, and felt as if i was already there, which you are. keep telling yourself shifting is natural, you’re already there, and that you’re a master at it. the more you say it, the more you believe it, and then it happens.
4. is meditation really that important?
yes. me personally, i’m a huge spiritual voodoo. you’ll see me upside down doing my poses or just doing some chakra meditations normally haha. of course, not everyone is like that. as someone with adhd, i actually did not like it at all when i first started because it’s just sitting still for so long and my body can’t really do that all the time, but with yoga added, or just some light tapping, or anything of that sort, ive grown to love it, and it helps me stay still for a lot longer. i feel so calm doing it, and it helps me reflect on shifting, helps set my intentions deep within me, and just helps me feel more like a shifter in general. it doesn’t even have to be a shifting meditation. it can be any. don’t worry, and start slow if you don’t already meditate regularly. i recommend morning and evening 5 minute meditations to start, and as the months progress, start doing 20 minutes, and then 30 minutes. my meditations are usually around 30 minutes in the morning with yoga and then 15 in the evening with yoga. as they all say, it’s just good for the mind in general. i very much recommend doing meditation if you don’t already!
5. what is the main thing when it comes to shifting?
belief. okay? yes, belief. tell me, let’s say your doing figure skating, which is a sport i do in this cr so it’s just easier for me to explain, and you want to achieve quad rotations on your jumps which is jumping in the air and doing four rotations before landing back on the ice again; if you don’t believe you can do that, are you going to achieve it? if you study your ass off in a class but still thinking badly of yourself in it and say “god i absolutely suck at this class and always get bad grades in this particular class”, do you think you will be able to improve at that class? the straight up answer is no. there is no other answer.
so shut up and shift damn it.
i don’t want to hear any more “why am i still waking up in my cr? i suck at shifting. i never shift. i can’t shift.” actually shut the fuck up because you’re making it worse. you can shift. you are shifting, actually. shifting has always been apart of you because it is you. use it. use your shifting power and shift. believe you can. that’s is the main thing when it comes to shifting. belief. the more you know and believe that you are able to achieve something, the easier it is. same thing goes with shifting.

first and foremost, people overcomplicate shifting entirely too much. shifting is as easy as you allow it to be. the only one who can help you shift is yourself.
see, i’m a huge nerd when it comes to the avatar franchise. i’m absolutely gonna take any opportunity i get to talk about these movies. so get ready for me to turn the mangkwan’s misinterpretation of eywa into an allegory for shifters misunderstanding the concept of shifting.
the mangkwan clan lost faith in eywa once their forest burned down and their prayers went unanswered. they believed that those prayers fell on deaf ears. however, when we look back to dr.augustine’s research in the first movie, we can better understand why that’s simply not true. dr. grace augustine notes that the plants of pandora are interconnected and an intelligent network acting like a biological neural network! fancy words for a planetary brain. augustine found that the plants communicate electrochemically via their roots, which form a neural map for the ecosystem as a whole. seeing as everything on this planet is connected, and they communicate via the roots (much like kiri killing the mangkwan guys after connecting her kuru with the roots, or saving spider after asking the roots for help) we now know that the same roots that were burned when the fire took over the mangkwan’s village. their prayers were not ignored, they weren’t heard in the first place. this misunderstanding created a huge disconnect. anyways now that i’ve yapped everyone’s ears off, i think this can be used as an allegory for people misunderstanding shifting as a concept.
people who have been unsuccessful this far are simply misunderstanding what shifting is. and i am here to hopefully help fix that! the whole reason i made this blog was to share my thoughts and experiences in the hopes that it helps others.
if you have made it this far, i applaud you. however, this post is not for everyone. it especially will not help people who are stuck in a victim mindset.
“i can’t shift! it’s been years. i’ve tried everything. it doesn’t work for me.” this is the reason why it hasn’t worked for you. your mindset is awful. if 13 year olds could shift in 2020 bc they wanted to crack draco malfoy then why the fuck do you think that you of all people can’t do it.
let’s break things down and simplify to hopefully help you in this journey!
1.) what is shifting?
shifting is the process of moving one’s awareness from one reality to another.
this may seem intimidating. but we need to remember that 1.) there are infinite realities and 2.) that you are simply consciousness. you are an observer of this reality. you are not this physical body, you are not your thoughts or brain. you are awareness in a vessel.
now you may be wondering how this works. we can actually explain this with science. cognitive science confirms that thoughts shape reality by influencing perceptions, behaviors, and outcomes. cough cough MANIFESTATION. the only thing now is how to actually do it.
2.) how to shift
the secret to shifting is…
nothing. there you go.
this may seem underwhelming. that is because for our entire lives, we are taught that in order to achieve anything, that we need to put work in. however when it comes to shifting you need to do the opposite.
align with your dr self and then shift. stop waiting for your surroundings to change, stop reacting to the 3d. it doesn’t matter if there’s noise outside, or a pet being rambunctious. let go of this reality because it has absolutely nothing to do with your dr.
if it helps, pretend those noises are coming from your dr. life here goes on regardless of whether you shift or not. release any ties to this reality and embody your dr self.
there’s a multitude of ways to try and simplify the process further but here’s a few i like to use:
meditate, intend, pretend
relax, let go, become
now what the heck are you still doing here? GO SHIFT!
how life feels when you start shifting effortlessly without having to use a grueling 49 step routine asking you to guess what colors the numbers you're visualizing are.
°❀⋆.ೃ࿔*:・If you keep waking up in your "CR", here’s what you can try:
So, most of the time when you tell yourself “Ugh, I woke up in my CR again” and start feeling miserable and disappointed, you’re basically feeding that thought.
You keep repeating “I failed, I couldn’t shift,” and the next time you try, you’ll probably go to bed with that tiny bit of fear and doubt in your mind like,
“What if I wake up in my CR again? Maybe I’m not a master shifter after all.”
And that’s not what we want, right?
So instead of saying “I woke up in my CR instead of my DR again,” say something like, “Actually, I shifted, I just woke up as the version of me who’s sleeping in my CR tonight. I didn’t even realize I shifted because the differences were so small. But I know I shifted.”
You know what I mean, right? You’re still affirming that you shifted, just to a version of yourself that happens to be here right now.
And maybe in this new CR, things are slightly different, so subtle that you didn’t even notice.
“But Aria, what if I didn’t shif—” STOP.
What if you did? What if you shifted, but the differences were so tiny that you didn’t realize, exactly like you told yourself?
If you assume that you shifted, you’ve already convinced your subconscious that you did.
During the day, whenever you start to doubt it, remind yourself:
“Yeah, I shifted, I just didn’t realize it.”
And at night, tell yourself:
“I shifted last night, so why wouldn’t I shift to my DR tonight?”
Keep repeating until you fall asleep, that’s it.
It doesn’t even have to make perfect sense; what matters is making your subconscious believe that you did shift last night, even if it wasn’t to your desired reality.
Make yourself believe in the idea of:
✨ “I’m a master shifter.”
✨ “I can shift easily whenever I fall asleep.”
And throughout the day, gently remind yourself:
"I'm more than this reality.”
“I'm more than this body.”
“It’s easy for me to shift.”
“I’m already a master shifter.”
Or literally anything that makes you feel calm and confident.
We’re shifting all the time, what we’re really doing here is reminding ourselves of that truth, turning disappointment, doubt, and negativity into awareness.
I DON’T TALK ABOUT THIS a lot because it lowkey sucks to admit. But I plan on permashifting, not because I don’t like my life and the people in it. I love my mom and my friends and my family. But it gets to a point with my autism that I have to admit to myself that there’s things I want to do that I can’t. I’m struggling to take care of myself, go to school, get a job. I have to get accommodations from the state so I can live like a normal human being. Things that I thought I’d be able to do because I was told I was “high functioning” since I’d been diagnosed, are difficult. EVERYTHING is so difficult. And I hate the thought of, if I do go back to university, being the 22+ year old transfer student. That’s why so many of my realities are uni realities, because I want to experience it right. I just can’t stay here to live through where my life seems to be going. As much as I’d miss those that I love and owe so much of my current success to, it’s just not enough to live through the torture I’ve feared my whole life that my life seems to be headed to.
You know you can do it, stop fucking doubting yourself. Get your act together and do something with the world that is literally in YOUR hands.
You have the ability to do anything. FUCKING ANYTHING. And you choose to use it by sitting around waiting for the right time to come?
Do it now.
And yes I mean right now.
Live the life you deserve ho.
Use the ability you were given and finally take that step, even if you're afraid. Even if it's your 127th attempt. Even if doubts are consuming your mind like a crazy person.
Because one day you'll sit there and be thankful that you tried. That you finally managed to reach your goal.

Scrolling through tumblr isn’t going to stop you from shifting unless you assume it. You can scroll through tumblr for a few hours if you want motivation, you can read as many info posts as you want, you’re allowed to be lazy. The problem comes when you become reliant on shiftblr. You don’t have to be reliant. If you want to scroll for motivation before you shift because it makes it more enjoyable for you go ahead! Enjoy reading those aesthetic informative posts? Sure! That’s cool! But just remember you don’t need it, you never need it. You don’t have to read them to give you a boost. You don’t have to stuff your brain full of notes, different analogies, and different perspectives. You’re a master shifter. It all depends on the mindset you hold with you.
i just have this nagging feeling that all of this is fake and i cant shake it. i want to believe it so bad because my current 3d is so shitty - dw i wont trauma dump lmao but its BAD - and i NEED the law to be real but everytime i start to apply my brain tells me its not real
God I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I’ve felt like this. I’ve followed the law for about four years now (& less formally for longer) but the thing that always kept me going was this: what would I lose if I just believed in it, even for just a little while?
And the answer was always nothing.
What you do in your imagination is completely private. No one knows your beliefs. No one can see what you’re imagining for yourself. Absolutely no one can judge you for what you do in the privacy of your mind. There is no action to be taken in the law of assumption. It’s all internal, so you lose absolutely nothing by just trying. You lose nothing simply allowing yourself to test the law.
You just continue to live your life normally externally, but internally, you are living as though you are the person you desire to be. You are thinking from your desires and living in your truth in imagination.
That’s all it takes.
So what if it doesn’t work? Then you move on. You live, you’ll survive. I reconciled myself with that a long time ago. But I can tell you with certainty and from personal experience, it’s real. So you’d only be doing yourself a disservice by not trying. And not half-assed trying, either. Genuinely trying. Anything done genuinely, with genuine desire, will succeed, no matter what.
I use this mentality all the time in real life. It helped me manage my anxiety and depression, and it helped me truly give my all when it came to the law. And it paid off.
It all started in 2021, when a friend of mine first told me about shifting. I didn’t question whether it was real or not, I just went with it. At that time, I was looking up information online, and one afternoon I tried the sunny Method using all five senses. I managed to “mini-shift” into aot for a few seconds.
Then school started again, and because of my eating disorder, I put shifting aside until September 2022, when I decided I wanted to go to my skz dr.
Unfortunately, that’s when I fell into a vicious cycle: trying method after method, getting frustrated, wondering why it wasn’t working anymore, and doubting myself even though I already had proof it worked once. I kept trying, but nothing seemed to work. At that point, all I wanted was to escape my cr, which I hated, and that only made my anger and doubt worse. So I paused shifting.
In the summer of 2023, I discovered subliminals on youtube and a few months later I came across the law of assumption. I decided to try manifesting things in my current reality. But even with loa, I ended up trapped in another cycle: endless affirmations, dividing everything into 3D and 4D, waiting for signs and movement, complicated visualizations. I would make subliminals and check after five minutes if they had worked; I would assume I already had my desired appearance and then immediately look in the mirror to see if it was true. After a while it became exhausting. I was overconsuming information, and since every creator had a different perspective, I just felt even more confused.
By the end of December, I found a creator on amino who had shifted using the law of assumption. She suggested Tumblr as a place to find good resources. So I started reading posts there about loa and duality. Then I read Neville Goddard’s books. That’s when I had my real click.
I realized that I make the rules. There aren’t two separate realities, 3D and 4D, there is only me. Manifestation is instant, and the only thing that can block it is my own belief. Failure doesn’t exist.
From that moment, I started manifesting small things immediately: a canceled test, five euros, a pen, a new phone. These little successes made me realize that if I can manifest a pen, I can also shifting reality. I started assuming, without hesitation, that I can shift whenever and however I want.
It’s that simple.
Once you assume, it’s done. The 3D is just your imagination using the five senses. It’s not your enemy. And it’s instant.
From there, I became a master shifter now. I persist not to see the results, but because I know I’m already living them. Even if one night I assume I wake up in my dr and the next day I’m in my cr bed, it doesn’t mean I failed. Who cares? The 3D doesn’t define me, and it’s not the final result.
And indeed, on January 5th, 2024, I fully shifted into my skz dr. From that moment, I knew all of this had been worth it.
In my cr, which I once wanted to escape, I’ve now manifested everything I desired, and it feels simple: the body and appearance I want, healing from illnesses, my cat, my sp apologizing, a free trip to Budapest, and much more. At the same time, I can live multiple lives without fearing death or worrying about living only once.
So don’t get discouraged. Maybe I made things too complicated along the way, but that’s okay, it was my journey.
