Apparently I need more intensive therapy and I have bpd traits. So that’s great. Like I’m not really knowledgeable about mental health conditions and their side effects but I don’t want that diagnosis. Some of my friends have it and I see how it affects them and I know I’m being selfish but I never want to deal with that.
