i wrote a few headcanons for each of them (if anybody's interested, i'll post the full list of headcanons for each character)
she has a younger sister who means the world to her and looks up to her greatly.
besides being a cit, courtney is cpr certified, has the bronze medallion (swimming certification for teen lifeguards), and she has her pleasure craft operator card.
courtney really enjoys musicals! she joined her high school theatre program, and has never had so much fun in her life.
besides being on student council at her school, courtney is a part of the yearbook committee, chess club, the debate club, the mathletes, choir, and her school’s band. she also plays tennis, and was enrolled in gymnastics whenever she was little.
her dad owns his own attorney’s office, which courtney worked as a secretary at. her dad works as a corporate lawyer, and her mom is the cfo of a company in toronto. they both have high standards set for courtney that she tries her best to meet.
she’s an only child with encouraging parents who don’t mind her quirks. they just accept them as a part of her.
izzy used to rock a pixie cut because she hated taking care of her curls, but she grew out of it in her teen years.
after her contract with total drama, she continues to work in the entertainment industry as a stuntwoman. she’s great at it and gets quite a bit of work.
she has a pet ball python named lemonade. he’s yellow, and izzy is convinced he loves her like she loves him.
once got frostbite because she gave her jacket to a raccoon family. her parents were a bit upset at her for it, but she told them it was for a good cause.
zoey is wasian (her mom is canadian, and her dad is turkish).
her mom helps her dye her hair red, and she keeps up with it. she hates to see her roots showing.
during her early years of high school, she dated a jock, but he ended up telling her it was only so he wasn’t the only one on the football team who didn’t have a girlfriend. zoey cried for days afterwards and vowed to never date another jock.
she has sewed several variations of prom dresses even though she tells herself she won’t go to prom.
her parents were unable to have any other children besides zoey, so they do their best to give her everything she wants to make up for it. zoey appreciates it, though the loneliness gets to her sometimes.
she has a younger brother who doesn’t mind his ditzy sister.
lindsay’s mom works in the modeling industry, and her dad owns several successful businesses. they’re loaded.
lindsay learned the hard way that she’s allergic to cat fur. she had to give up her cat, princess, to her aunt, who takes very good of her and lets lindsay visit.
after total drama, she does end up starting her own makeup line, and it’s super successful. beth helps her run it.
lindsay doesn’t care that tyler is clumsy, she loves him all the same. she keeps bandaids in her purse in case of any accidents.
she has a love-hate relationship with ballet. she loves to dance, but can recognize how toxic the sport is, and she definitely has gotten into arguments with an old dance teacher.
she does well academically. she’s in some honors classes and two AP classes, and makes good grades. she’s also begrudgingly on the yearbook committee at her school because she’s always hated how ugly the yearbooks looked in the past. she also tried out and made it onto her school’s cheerleading team, but she realized that most of the other girls were annoying so she quit two weeks afterwards.
she had a part-time job at a retail store but quit after getting into a (well deserved) argument with a customer and the manager took the customer’s side.
heather is also close to her maternal grandmother, and lived with her in japan for a few months whenever she was little because her parents didn’t want to put up with her.
the victim of having a crush on a straight girl.
