Happy Ten Day! 💖💙💜 and thank you @merinaart for inviting to participate in your Ten bday event even tho i'm not on IG <3
Maybe you feel anxious, helpless or even scared due to the situation in Ukraine. I am also a bit scared to be honest, I live in the Czech Republic. This is the nearest I've ever been to an invasion. I can't even imagine how terrifying it must be in the center of a war. I stand with Ukraine.
Remember, your feelings are valid. Do not blame yourself for them. Here's a list of things you can do to feel a bit better:
•Breathe in, breathe out. Count to five. Try to calm down. Don't be scared to talk about your feelings and problems. You are not alone.
•If you have any relatives in Ukraine, check on them. Ask if they are safe and how you can help them.
•Check the sources of your information. Not everything is true on the internet. Take a moment off the mass media.
•Don't denounce the people with Russian origin. Just because they are from Russia doesn't mean that they agree with Putin and the actions of the government.
•If you have troubles with panic or anxiety attacks and don't know how to cope with them, reach out to the emergency lines in your country.
•Please donate any amount of money to help Ukraine, if you can. Anything helps.
Also, please don't make memes/jokes about the situation. There are civil people dying in the streets of Ukraine. There are soldiers and civil people fighting for their freedom, for their lives and the lives of their loved ones.
Stay safe. You are not alone.
