Georgette was relaxing on her favorite pink chaise lounge in the living area when she heard the doorbell ring. She wasn’t expecting anyone so instead of moving, she waited for Jenny or Oliver to get the door. After a moment passed and no one came, she stood with a soft grunt and made her way toward the entrance.
“Fine. I’ll get it.” She mumbled before reaching for the knob.
Opening the door, she found herself in the presence of Tito.. She should have stayed on the lounge. Her expression was soft but annoyed as she crossed her arms over her chest. “It was going just fine.”
She noticed the lilies then, a smile threatening to cross her lips. Lilies are her favorite flower. She should know not to be surprised by now, but it always shocked her how many small details Tito would remember. “Are those for me or Jenny?”
It was tiny, but Tito caught the smile edging over Georgette’s face as she saw the flowers, “Course they’re for you. I’m not giving flowers out to every beautiful girl I see, baby,” He suspected she knew the flowers were for her and only asked to delay any of his further flirting, but the fact they seemed to genuinely make her happy was enough of a win for now, “Not that anyone’s out here competing with you.”
“Let’s get these babies in some water, man,” He slid past her through the doorway and into the Foxworth’s foyer, marveling at the immaculate interior. He’d be lying if he said hanging out at the mansion wasn’t a major perk to knowing the family, but as he turned around to face Georgette in the doorway again, he remembered the whole point he came, “I got a reservation down at the boardwalk with our names on it tonight. What do ya say?”
