Tunisia appoints a new secretary of state for the department of Culture, Dr. Waleed Zidi making him the first Tunisian secretary of state with sight impairment. It is worth mentioning that Dr. Zribi has been subjected to strong waves of online bullying following his nomination and rumors about his resignation. However, he took the oath today making it official. A true hero.
