fiinalgiirlsâ,
vladena & cillian, @tragedienes
incensed. that was a word for it. livid worked too. vladena wasnât particularly territorial or combustable, but every once in awhileâwhen the kindling was just rightâthey could really be a powder keg. it wasnât just the situation itself that they found bothersome, sure, like in most situations it was a snowball effect. theyâd lost their bid on a big horror franchise contract earlier that day. that had been a huge disappointment, but this? this? this felt like a slight. turning their sharp gaze on cillian, vladena made their words punctuated and stilted with anger. âI want that woman out of my house!âÂ
so, uh, clearly cillian had fucked up. he knew that, even before he saw vladenaâs face. that wasnât exactly a surprise, all he had been doing for the past thirty years was piss people off. he shouldâve grown out of it by now, but arrested development wasnât a tv show or â90s music group when it came to cillian leary. holding his hands up in surrender, it did little to stifle vladâs anger, and his only defense was to cower to a person that barely cleared his nipples. âjesus, okay, iâm sorry!â his irish accent was already thick, but it was almost intelligible when upset (or rather in trouble). he turned to look at amanda, his expression queasy while hers was a mix of shocked and incredulous. âtime for you to go, mandy! up and at âem!â he called to her, though stayed glued to his spot. âvlad, please, i know she never returned your signed blu-ray of night of the comet, but this is a bit much...â
fiinalgiirlsâ,
@tragedienes, your choice from the walking dead meme you sent me !
the compound outside of antelope hadnât been a farm in the traditional sense, but it had been self-sustaining. there was something decidedly wholesome to hunter about a traditional farm that her childhood had lacked. they had grown their own food, sure, and sold some of it in town at the farmstand the other girls clung to with their mothersâaprons covered in flour from the pies they sold alongside the produce. on the outside, it was as norman rockwell as it got. inside the compound, buried underneath six feet of deceit, lay the inner workings of tyr andersenâs chaotic and megalomaniacal mind.Â
âi grew up on a farm,â hunter spoke after a minute, not usually one for unnecessary conversationâthough the occasion certainly called for it. âi know all about sheep and wolves.â
bill was never a farmer, always living within a city from the time he was born to right until the world had ended, but he wasnât unfamiliar with the concept of wolves and sheepâhe was a part of the locos lobos, after all. he wasnât unfamiliar with it, but he wouldnât consider himself to be familiar with it either. bill never thought much about what he was, didnât lend himself to frequent self-examination. he had no delusions that he was a good person, or even an okay one, but he never thought of himself as evil. (wolves were always evil in fairytales, werenât they?) if anything, he was a criminal, or a businessman if one wanted to be generous. bill wasnât aware of the term, but if he did know it, he would think of himself as morally ambiguous. voicing none of this, he instead fixes a quizzical look upon her and leans forward to set his elbows on his thighs.
âi can see you being a farm girl.â bill laughed lightly, flatly. he wasnât intimidated by her, but she didnât seem intimidated by him, either. ânow, are you suggesting that iâm the wolf in this situation? or is the wolf you?â
Besties helpâŠâŠ. I want to remake my blogâŠ

the coyoteâs howl could be described as smoky, and that was partially because they didnât care about indoor smoking laws, if anyone remembered them at all. there was also just a general haze to the establishment, reminiscent of movies about â70s mobsters in new york that gael used to watch but didnât remember anymore. with all right now blasting from the jukebox, gael stood behind the bar and counted out his tips from the afternoon shiftâthere was more money to be made during the night, but he wanted to spend his nights getting drunk instead of helping others get drunk. he wasnât clocked out yet however, so when a pretty girl had approached the bar, gael leaned against the counter and held her gaze intensely, dreamily, ânow what can i get you, darlinâ?â

it seemed to make sense on paper. two people with reputations dragged through the mudâhe was guilty by association, she had been acquitted but that didnât matter much in the court of public opinion. of course, even tom had assumed she was guilty when the trial was ongoing, but he neglected to mention that now. now, two years after his brother was sentenced for his crimes, and three years after her verdict, they were both in professional shambles. tom could no longer practice, legally in the state of missouri and morally in the state of his soul, and no one wanted to go under the upper east side black widowâs knife. so, a not-so-blind date? didnât completely seem like a bad idea... until the actual date. sitting across from sabine in a restaurant that was known for its privacy, tom was finding himself feeling awkward and unsure of what to say. it wasnât as if he was some casanova before his life changed so drastically, but what do you say to someone when the only thing you have in common is death? âso, uh...â thomas gulped, grabbing for his wine glass and taking a quick sip, âhow often do you check murderwatch.com for articles about yourself?â
random muse generated starter for @fiinalgiirlsâ. / #40 (Summer) & #18 (Kimimela).
summer had never planned on staying in boot hill. she never really planned on staying anywhere, not after what she did in pigeon forge, but life seemed to have other plans. perhaps it was punishment for what she did, the life she took... correction: lives. summer was a serial killer now, thatâs how the world would classify her as, and she hadnât decided if that was an apt term for herself or not. did she feel like a killer? or was she always one, even before she had killed? do four lives taken by her hand make her a serial killer, or just an occasional murderer? four was enough to make the police notice, enough to gain some attention, especially in a tourist town like pigeon forge. four was enough to make summer get the hell out of dodge (or forge, rather). only to end up in a town like... this.
the bathroom of the saloon was dirty, cramped, clearly the redheaded bartender had never heard the term sidework from the dusty, disheveled state of the entire establishment. summer had only been in boot hill for a few days, her car had suddenly stopped working after she had been driving on a highway that seemed to last for hours without an exit. the second an exit did appear on the side of the road, her carâs engine crapped out as if it had just been waiting to see the sign for boot hillâif you lived here, youâd be home now! summer had no intentions of making boot hill home, but that mechanic guy chuy said her car would need a whole new engine and it would take weeks for it to be sent in from out of state. any time she tried to order an uber or rent a car, the app would crash or the internet would stop working or sheâd get distracted by an article about the investigation into her crimes. no matter what, the stupid desert town didnât seem to want to let her go. as much as she didnât want to be stuck there, it probably was for the best. if she was stuck in some dumb town in the arizona desert, with a sheriff that was probably as dumb if not dumber than regular city cops, it meant the risk of exposure was low. the problem was that everyone in boot hill stared at her as if they had known what she had done.
no matter what store she went into, what bar she entered, everyoneâs eyes turned to her. their expressions were suspicious, almost angry. disgusted. they all seemed to be disgusted with her, even the children. if she had any feelings, she wouldâve felt offended. instead, she was just confused. most of all, she was irritated. it was the second time she had been in the bucking horse and the bartender had treated her even worse than the first time, sneering something about newcomers. (at first, she had thought he had said something about murderers.) deciding to use the bathroom while she waited for her brandy sour, she had the rogue thought to touch up her makeup when someone had entered and disrupted her train of thought. seeing their face in the mirror, she kept gliding the lipstick upon her lips, but recognized her vaguelyâgod, what a horrifying concept, these people becoming familiar. it wouldnât be hard to, though, since the girl behind her seemed to really hate that loathsome bartender from the way she had been screaming at him the last time summer was in the bucking horse. her brows raised sardonically. âif you hate that guy so much, why do you come in here?â
random muse generated starter for @fiinalgiirlsâ. / #22 (Hector) & #44 (Uma).
no one would ever claim hector was a good influence, but would anyone claim that uma was, either? no one would, or could, claim that hector was even a good person. that never bothered him. it really, truly did not. could uma say the same? he didnât ask, and honestly he didnât really care. as long as they could keep up, hector wouldnât think about their strength of character. the house they were breaking into, he didnât know anything about it, he just knew it looked rich and it looked empty. as far as he was concerned, that meant it was free game, and hector had started to pick the door lock in the middle of the night, not caring if there were doorbell cameras or police driving around the neighborhood looking for people just like him. hearing uma urging for him to hurry up, he fixed an incredulous expression on them. âexcuse me, i found this fancy lock-picking set, iâm gonna fuckinâ use it.â usually heâd just smash the back door glass to get inside, but hector always has to find a way to entertain himselfâb&eâs were just so pedestrian for a career criminal.
random muse generated starter for @fiinalgiirlsâ. / #26 (Jude) & #8 (Camille).
his muscles ached. that was all jude could think, sitting on camilleâs bed and staring at the various posters on her walls, some of inspirational women and others artwork signed by someone with the last name cadeâcamilleâs last name. (however, he didnât think she was the artsy type, but he didnât want to presume.) his muscles ached as they always did, since he was a child and learned just what his body could do, when pushed to the limits. practice was especially hard that night, his coach always seemed to be disappointed in him even when he was the best player, scored the most, brought their college pride and money. truthfully, he felt down in the dumps, and he mustâve shown it, because suddenly camille had her arms wrapped around his shoulders. it brought a smile to his face, one he hid against her collarbone.
fiinalgiirlsâ,
âit makes me wonder how we even survived like that.â tovah admitted. at least sheâd lived in the woods. that had made things a lot easier. even now, maybe, it wouldâve been easier. though it wasnât fair to say so to benny. maybe she could live alone again, but he couldnât. so, really, she couldnât either. even as distant as theyâd been, brothers and sisters had to stick together. they were a pack. âbut at least now we have a pretty good way of keeping from eating neighborhood dogs or maiming late night smoochers and prowlers.â probably not a good joke. not to either of them. sheâd said it anyway.
binyamin didnât want to depend on his older sister so much. he was a man of twenty three, and yet he relied on tovah to wake him up in the mornings and to remind him to take his medication before he left for work. he felt nervous to make dinner plans without her, and didnât feel comfortable in his own home without the noise of his sister in the kitchen, brewing tea for the both of them or the soft open-and-close of the refrigerator door. he often awoke to the sound of her hangers scraping against the rod in her closet, and fell asleep to the sound of her footsteps outside his door. and, of course, when their bones shifted and broke to fit into lycanthrope form. thatâs when he relied on her most. it made him feel a little better to hear her agree, though he suspected it wasnât all together true. tovah was, above all, independent. a little brother that needed permission from the universe to breathe didnât exactly jive with that. he didnât laugh at her joke, but made himself smile lightly to show he wasnât hurt by it. âat least thereâs that.â he sighed heavily, pressing the heels of his hands against his eyes. âi get so jumpy the closer we get to it.â the forced shift underneath the full moon, he meant, though he doubted tovah needed a clarification. their entire lives were planned around it, spent thinking about it.
continued from here you know the deal. / @fiinalgiirlsâ
âwhat are we going to do, nik?â polina gasped, hands searching for her sisterâs wrist. despite the family ties to the bratva, and her sisterâs help in cleaning crime scenes with their father, polly had been kept far away from that part of their lives. hell, she was just a nanny, her life was focused on scraped knees and apple juice boxes. when it came to unconscious men that were over six feet tall and in their mid-to-late thirties, polly knew nothing. it never even occurred to her that maybe nikola was lying.Â
continued from here bc iâm too lazy to copypaste. / @fiinalgiirlsâ
meganne eyed her sister suspiciously over her choice of words momentarily, wanting to make a joke about how kennedy read too many gothic novels in high school, but let the moment pass. âi know, she totally sucks, but she could be our future... cousin-in-law, or whatever.â their cousin daniel always had terrible taste, in women and clothes. and music, too. âwe just have to suck it up, invite her to the mall with us, and then come back home and talk shit about her once sheâs gone, alright? christmas break ends in just a few days, weâll survive, ken.â
fiinalgiirlsâ,
âoh, uh, sorry.â ramy wasnât used to driving with anyone in the car with him. the common courtesy hadnât even occurred to him and he felt a pang of embarrassment at not having thought to ask her. âiâm not like a car guy or anything. you know? i shouldâve asked if you wanted to.â
âno, no, itâs okay!â ingrid quickly backtracked, feeling like a bit of a bitch for saying anything at all. still, her fingers were firmly embedded in the leather of the car door armrest, and her expression was still a bit motion sick. ramy was nice enough to give her a ride now that she didnât own a car, selling it when she decided to attend law school in manhattan a few years ago. she shouldnât complain. âi guess i should be used to it, since iâm a new yorker now.â there was a hint of a smile when she said it, feeling no hometown pride for wyoming, glad to be rid of the stench of the west.
fiinalgiirlsâ,
barely catching her breath after the attack, neve looked from kat to the desiccated corpse at her feet. if it had gotten in through the fences, who knew how many were in the settlement. âit got in.â she told told him. âi donât know where it came from, but it got in.â
katsunari wouldnât have wanted to admit to it, but he thought once he entered the gates of heaven, heâd never have to deal with dead bodies again. fifteen years was a long time by himself, on the road all alone, and he thought it was finally time to retire from the apocalypse, join a gated community. of course, he shouldâve known better. hell is endless, and thereâs no way to hang up your spurs in the apocalypseâexcept death. his hand hovered above neveâs shoulder, fingers trembling a bit. not from the shock of her predicament, just the idea of touching another living human. he swallowed thick, lips pressing together in thought. âokay, okay.â gently he finally set his hand on her shoulder, nudging her away from the body. âif one got in, there could be more. letâs go inside, just in case itâs not safe.â kat winced, âwell, any less safe than it already it is.â
ummm. hello :)
