What does 'semi-literate' mean in terms of a rp forum?

We welcome mostly any roleplay style, but it's preferred our members do longer responses when possible. Semi-literate refers to response length, like paragraphs instead of singular dialog

How many people are currently active in the rp?

Everyone who has joined the roleplay is currently in our waiting room, as our first Opening will take place on June 1st. We currently have ~15 people in the server

Your ad says 18+ but I was looking at the website and it says 15+, so i was curious which it was?
