After another 70+ hour/week over several months between work and grad school, the semester is finally over, and I went out and celebrated with a ~3 hour workout! Somehow I’ve consistently made it to the gym for seven months in a row and maintained a 4.0 with (some of) my sanity intact. I feel amazing!
I WILL REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT BY 2019. MARK MY WORDS.
My goal for 2018: become the hottest, most jawdropping, irresistible, devestatingly gorgeous version of myself.
Obsessively trying to eat strictly healthy food and micromanaging all your meals is NOT healthy. Being absolutely terrified of certain foods because they are not 100% “clean” is NOT healthy. Feeling bad for enjoying food, regardless of its nutritional value, is NOT HEALTHY.

My legs are killing me from running the past 3 days in a row and I haven’t been stretching. It’s so easy to just say “oh do your stretches!” So I’ve attached a few photos to help visualize what this should look like!

But you still need to get up and just do it™. You’ll either beat yourself up for failing or be encouraged by your progress and over time you’ll be in the same situation you are now (wishing you pushed through) or you’ll be closer to your goal (succeeding). Whatever you decide is your choice. One month from now where will you be?
