Training to be a Jedi

I am a Star Wars enthusiast. As a way to keep myself motivated while embracing a more healthier lifestyle, I thought to myself why can't I simply Train to be a Jedi. A Jedi should show balance in his training. Healthy eating, studying, playing, exercise, yoga, and meditation. These are all things that I feel will benefit me becoming a Jedi. I am no fitness expert, I am not a dietitian. I am simply someone who wants to use the Force to get healthy. May the Force be with you, MAR-10 (Jedi in Training) I seek those friends that will utilize this lesson…if anything, I think it would be cool to have some friends to BS about Star Wars with.

It’s been a while, and a lots gone down. Lost my job, moved to another state, wife can’t find work, gotta go back to where I was last living...you know just shit.

2018 is going to be a good year. It has to be.

There has to be a balance in the Force.

Bringing Balance to the Force

Back to the gym

Things have finally normalized, I’ve successfully removed (eaten) all the remaining junk food in my house, and I’ve got my gym membership reactivated.

I’ve got my clothes out, gym bag packed, and alarm has been set.

Dwayne Johnson set to motivate my ass and now I just need for 4:00 AM to hit so I can do this!

Recipe Review: Mandarin Pork Stir-Fry

Trying something new…something to help me stay involved with my blog.  Starting today, I’m going to cook a recipe I find online, in a magazine or guess submitted and write a review.
