I had the most amazing few precious days in September and I've never felt more depressed about my usual life ever since tbh lol.

What really gets me lately is people complaining I haven't done this or that

But in my mind I'm like

So today in therapy my therapist wanted us to do an exercise where I visualise the classic angel and devil on my shoulder. She wanted me to imagine them as like someone nice I know and someone evil I know, and they could be anyone from real life or fiction.

So long story short I know have Merlin and Uther on my shoulder and I'm to "imagine what Merlin would do when Uther is saying nasty things about me to my ear".
