Monster Hunter World Entry

This was the weapon design I made for The contest. It’s a Gunlance I called the ‘Drake Heart Regalia’ that is a long type Gunlance without an element. The description I gave it was ‘ A mysterious Gunlance design made to resemble the head of a wyvern but in a more mechanical form. The soft glow of its panels gives off a bit of a regal feel to the weapon.’ Probably not the most creative description for the gunlance, but I really couldn’t think of anything better when I turned in the design. Then again I could’ve put more work in the design as a whole, but I do like how it turned out though.

So I put together that God Gundam kit I recently got despite missing a piece because it shot off to god only knows where. Pun unintended however I did want to put together the kit because I love the God Gundam and wanted to see how it posed. Which while a little tight which may be my fault cause I did use the screws for the joints. The God Gundam does pose and take poses well. As shown by how I have it still currently sitting in the pose from the opening with its arms crossed, and only wants to fall if bumped because well I move the feet by doing that. Also the poses done were the first few I wanted to try so I’m certain I could’ve done them better. No I’m positive I could actually. I also just noticed I closed the yellow part on the hannd guard for god gundam when it was doing the sekiha tenkyoken pose. Didn’t notice I closed it during the posing process.
