You know what? I think I am proud of myself for once. Three years ago yesterday, I started doing something that I hold so dear to my heart today; Parkour. Three years ago, I never thought myself to be capable of anything, whether it be simple vaults or flips. I never thought I would build any muscle either, but here I am now. Three years ago, I could barely do a pullup, couldn't bench the bar, and I weighed roughly 120. Today, I can do 10 pullups with outward facing hands, I can bench near my bodyweight (benching 160), and I weigh just under 175. For anyone debating the idea of starting up parkour and really devoting yourself to it, do it. You will not regret it. I am a living example that if anyone wants to, as long as you put forth the effort, you can do it. Just believe, and fly.
