Am here to inform you that our queer community of south sudan has been asked to vacate Gorom refugee camp as soon as possible.

The government of south sudan has ordered this.

We are in much trouble ,we need immediate help of funds to support our relocation to urban (Juba town).

This is trans Cynthia from Gorom refugee camp.as a transgender woman and my fellow trans queer we are going through a lot of homophobia and assaults and attacks .

On top of that the government ordered us to vacate the Gorom refugee camp before 21st June, forceful eviction will be done on our community.

Am here to advocate for my queer community 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ .

And look forward how we can get support to have a shelter in Juba town before the situation escalates.

Living in Kakuma Refugee Camp as LGBTQ individual is a harsh reality. Fleeing persecution from our home countries, we often face discrimination and violence within the camps as well.

We are a vulnerable group, lacking basic necessities and facing unique challenges due to our sexual orientation.

And Let's build the nation which makes all humans to be safe and get protection not fear because we're all born this way

Silence has never brought justice. It has never changed laws, protected lives, or ensured dignity. Across the world, LGBTQIA+ individuals still face discrimination, violence, and denial of basic rights—simply for being who they are.
