Disco Elysium is not a game I recommend trying to optimize in terms of build, but in my last playthrough I think I stumbled onto the most overpowered version of Harry by trying to play him as an insufferable artsy nerd who's also a communist.

I had him internalize Mazovian Socio-economics (gives 4 XP every time you pick a communist dialogue option), Actual Art Degree (gives 10 XP for every successful Conceptualization passive), and Wompty-Dompty-Dom Centre (gives 10 XP for every successful Encyclopedia passive) and I was drowning in skill points. I could barely go an entire conversation without leveling up. I got so many skill points so often that by the time I got to the mercenary tribunal literally every single skill check in that entire sequence was a ninetyseven-percenter.

I do feel the need to point out, the US dropped nukes on a country that was already ready to surrender because Japan knew at the time that they couldnt actually fight off both a USSR and US invasion and wanted to surrender to the US becuase they felt it preferable to surrendering to the soviets. And that the target of the US nukes were on purely civilian targets.
