This photo looks AI-generated because the streetlights and signs are so regular and Mt. Fuji is so unrealistically large in the background, but it's a real and fairly famous street in Japan, and a super-long focal length is used to get the compression effect that makes the mountain seem so huge.

It turns out there are various places in Washington you can get this effect with Mt. Rainier too:
