I've never actually thought about it, but after looking into it a little it sounds like a fun headcanon!! I'm always down for giving Gojo any and all pain you personally have it's my favorite hobby c:< what I read said having pcos wouldn't effect how hrt treatment happens so I think it'd be funny for Gojo to do the pre-t blood tests and them showing higher than average amounts already😭 sounds a little gender-affirming honestly asdfgh

my biggest flex in life so far has been buying two blindbags and getting sleepy Gojo and sleepy Geto on the first try. they are now safe (and eepy) in my Sylvanian Family set-up -> giving them the happy ending they deserve lol

Happy pride month!! Please enjoy some of my ftm trans!gojo headcanons, but they depend on my mood and aren't in any real order:

-name picked to be plain and common to blend in more

-started transitioning young

-little egg moment from having his hair cut short as a punishment

-would get physically ill every time he had to wear tradionally feminine clothing

-big frustrated meltdowns that'd lead to terrible headaches from stuff like getting his hair all done or forced to participate in "girly" activities

-the clan thought he had some sort of chronic illness so they took him to a lot of specialists and healers

-he finally got diagnosed "transsexual" when they involved psychiatrists

-this was actually a slight relief to the elders because it would reflect worse on them for him to be disabled physically

-he wasn't really supported by the clan in a "I accept you and i love you" way, more like they were happy how it benefited them to have a male six eyes user

-they would use his "unspeakable diagnoses" against him during arguments/to put him down

-because this was all figured out relatively early and he was rarely seen outside (maybe 6 or 7?), they were able to conceal his sex from everyone else pretty easily

-was told all sorts of messed up things about "people like him" so of course he has internalized transphobia 😔

-came out to shoko first, while needing healing done in first year (nothing major, his labs were probably off or something)

-when coming out he only knew the medical term for it and talked about it like it was a sickness and swore he had it under control

-in their second year geto finds out by accident when he spots testosterone vials in gojos room

-for a while he doesn't say anything and just thinks gojo has some sort of hormone imbalance

-when he does bring it up, shoko and gojo stare at him blankly

-queue the parallel conversations filled with "how did you know?! When did you find out!" With geto still thinking its just an imbalance 😭

-he stays confused for a while longer and is embarrassed when it all gets cleared up aksjfjs

-after being for real supported by his friends, he feels the need to tell yaga too (yearning for an actually accepting adult figure in his life-)

-i feel like the older he gets the more open he is about it

-definitely helped kirara in her transition 🥺 making her more comfortable with how he is, shielding her from the elders words, helping her with hair and makeup and everything else !!

-megumi and tsumiki know, it's like a fact of life to them. The sky is blue, the grass is green and Gojo Satoru is trans.

-it's probably the simplest "no big deal" relationship to this aspect of his life anyone has had and he loves them even more for it
