Gargoyle character studies I had on my Patreon for a while now, featuring Brooklyn, Broadway, Lexington, and Angela! :)

These were largely a bid in trying to capture the likeness of the characters while translating them into my style. As seen with Angela's sheet: what I did was take the official character model sheet and trace it to get a feel of their base character shapes, then did a second pass over the trace to add the features I wanted to incorporate into my headcanon design.

The final iteration (the big colored ones) is entirely freehanded and drawn using my passes as reference. I like how they all came out! :>

I'll eventually do the same with other characters (Elisa, Demona, Goliath, and Hudson are next on my list), then do fullbody redesigns to act as refs for any future drawings and headcanons I make for Gargoyles.

But ye! Hope ya'll like the art! more to come soon :)

He's got the air of a goofy saturday morning cartoon villain, the kind that never feels threatening because you know that the heroes will stop him before anything bad happens. Right up until they don't. I knew full well he would end up being the final boss long before I even started playing but the poisoning of Doma still caught me off guard lmao

I hate how sensitive and squeamish I am with medical stuff irl. Did a blood test a few days ago, made sure to look away and listen to loud music the whole time but the minute it was over, I nearly puked 3 times and my whole body froze making me need to kill bill wiggle it awake. After I moved my body awake I was fine, but man I really DONT want shit like that happening to me every time I needed to do a serious medical checkup or body sampling or worse. I find it wild that I have such a strong interest in body horror, gore and even medical horror when it comes to my art and stories but seeing a needle in real life almost makes my body spiral and pass out.

#med talk #I’m proud of myself for mustering the courage to willing get a blood test on my own but MAN the way my body reacted sucked #I was told the more blood tests I do the better I will physically react and man I sure hope so #after the test I went and ate a massive breakfast burrito tho so that was a plus #oh yeah I should also mention I had to fast for the medical procedure so that definitely contributed to my body freaking out
