[useless technical shinfo: I used a long and short stitch, satin stitch and back stitch. I used a plain grey cotton fabric, 10 different shades of thread and a 20cm hoop! it took me about 17 hours]
I was going to hold onto this one for another day but I really love it so here it is. Anyone else still stuck on that Point Bonita Lighthouse scene from Unseen? Because I am. Genuinely think about it all the time.
I had the utmost privilege of reading this stunning fic while it was still in progress and every time I think of it I’m still blown away by how much of a brilliant character study it is for both Harry and Draco. I am in awe of @jackvbriefs and how this packs so much growing, learning, getting through trauma and unlearning terrible coping mechanisms in a such a soft and gentle fic.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s angsty just how I like it and they go through so much, but you’ll feel your hand is held the whole way through via stunning prose and beautiful imagery.
Unseen is truly a gem and it deserves all the love and attention. If you haven’t read it, please please do.
