It’s not useful or positive to run a positivity blog for traumagenic systems but tell pro endos to DNI. There are lots of pro endo systems who are traumagenic, and you’re excluding them from engaging with your positivity simply on the basis of a silly online discourse stance. That’s kind of fucked up of you. Grow, learn more, and do better for the CDD community on Tumblr.

does anyone have any idea on how to have less amnesia?
I have so much it's genuinely like one of the biggest issues in my life 💔 if you were to ask me what I did earlier today I'd have to genuinely think for a few secs trying to remember
unfortunately we don't have any sort of mental health accessible to us 💔 but luckily we can try finding some soon (within the next couple years)

Ive stopped having as many nightmares, they are still there but they have gotten better!! I'm sorta healing but it's gonna take time and that's okay. If it's taken like 7 years to be here then I'll wait for 50 more to be healed in my mind even if that's living functionally plural, or even final fusion.

Its not true, I promise if you have a high alter count your not faking your brain is simply trying to protect you more than you might realize

Can we get some P-DID existence positivity 🥹
We get lumped into OSDD in the US and are barely in the ICD (ICD-10 or 11 I think 11 and that's very new)
We struggle a lot with feeling fake and invalid with ourself and it doesn't help much.. so any positively helps a lot ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹
of course! being a pdid system doesnt make you any less valid than other types of systems. your experience is very much real, don’t let anyone try to take that from you! we see you and appreciate you!!!
