Hello all! I am traveling in Greece for the next four months! I have just planned a trip to Switzerland also. Today, we traveling around Thessaloniki for about five hours. We went up to the old Byzantine ruins. They are beautiful There is a law that prohibits the rebuild of houses around that area to preserve the history of the place. It was beautiful! Afterwards we went out to a local Greek restaurant. They have really good food. It seems like I’m going to get sick of it while I’m here, but then miss it when I get back. Tomorrow is the day when we go to the top of the city at sunrise in which I will post more pictures. While I am here I will be living with a roommate and traveling with other people. I will also be attending classes at a local university. Stay tuned, and let me know if you are interested or want to hear anything else.
