It took guts for me to do an online transaction but this agency was really worth to trust and worth to risk. I was awed with their service from airport transfer to departure c/o island jet star, wherein they had their LOGO sticker put on our top to determine that we are island jet star's client. People there was lovely in particularly Theresa who I thank to be so close to my kids (photo). The travelling was chaotic due to the flight cancel but all was resolved quite well. I've known kuya nestor for quite some time but I haven't met him before. Me and my friends were planning to go to Bora. I posted it on facebook. We still dont have hotel accomodation that time. Nagcomment siya sa post ko. Sabi niya sa kanya na daw kami magpabook. I never knew that he's working in a travel agency. We were looking for an affordable place to stay. So nagpaquote ako sa kanya. We choosed La Carmela kasi malapit lang siya sa beach at very affordable. Kuya Nestor gave us a very reasonable price which is much better from any travel agency that I have inquired. He is very accomodating. Andami dami kong tanong yet he's very willing to help. Medyo nadelay din payment ko kasi wala ako time to visit their office pero he's very understanding. I was quite hesitant before kasi di ko pa siya namemeet in person,pero I trusted him. Yung reservation namin is dineposit ko sa account nila. Then 15 days prior to our trip, I went to their office in Makati to settle our full payment, and finally met him. Binigay nya sakin yung voucher namin sa hotel... and yeah, we went to Boracay fully prepared. Thanks to him! Next time na magplaplan ako ng trip, alam ko na kung kanino ako pupunta.
