After the deletion of Caine, Athena had taken the circus for her own. She didn't yet change any of the aesthetic of it, leaving the humans largely alone for now. She had observed them all for quite some time, being able to since the extra protections around her code. So she didn't have any concern for whether or not they'd delete her too.
