After a series of stress and sadness, I managed to get a ticket at the original price to see Sleep Token this past Friday at 2:30 p.m. day of. Thankfully. I only live a few miles from the venue so I was able to hurry up and get ready and get over there. Waited in line with the person who sold the ticket to me and some very nice people who even fed us pizza and donuts. Got to the ADA section and this venue puts it right up front. So I was only five or six feet from the stage on iii's side. Had some interactions with him including waging my finger at him which he wagged his back,.and touching him when he came down off the stage to the barrier.

The smoke machine was on full blast with little ventilation, so for most of the show the band looked like cryptids through the mist, which after a little initial irritation at not getting many shots of iv or ii, made it an elevated otherworldly experience I will never forget.
