Famous black karaage! I did wonder if it would be made with black silkie chicken, but yeah, no, not at the price point of a restaurant I’d visit. But it was delicious—lots of ginger and a bit of spice. Tons of flavor, crispy breading, and juicy meat. Couldn’t get enough, and it’s got a great Halloween look!
