So this is a question not related to any of your AU’s, but could definitely relate to any that are canon compliant:

How would Macaque react to the fact that Wukong technically speaking had a child (MK) with another (Nüwa)?

And how would it affect his relationship with both Wukong and MK?

Wukong later recalls what he said and hides under his bed for several days. (totally testing out a change to my typical Wukong design)

Honestly, to me, Macaque wouldn't change his opinion much on the two. For this particular piece, I imagined Macaque had just assumed Wukong moved on. He had a chance to have a kid with an ancient god-?? Totally sounds like something Wukong might consider. MIGHT, being stressed here, and Macaque just assumes it must be so with how similar MK is to Wukong.

Honestly I feel like Nuwa just "designed" Mk after Wukong, taking heavy inspiration from him, but they aren't technically Father and Son.

And to Macaque, Wukong and him had a messy break up- He moved on. of course he would... wouldn't he??

(No Wukong hasn't. He is insulted Macaque would think he would. b-but clearly he is still mad at Macaque and would never get back together with him c-cause- you know- they fought and-

Wukong: why do you ask?? Is Macaque interested?? Has he said anything?? (shamelessly curious and hopeful but too stubborn to admit that)

Had to do a lot of last minute edits on this one but it’s finally here WAHOOO💃💃💃

Timeline wise this is a few mortal years after Xiaoxing is born so he’s still baby at this point, and hilariously enough it’s at a point when shadowpeach is downright awkward with each other like they’re not enemies with benefits anymore and are now coparenting a child together so that’s fun,,,, and they definitely have no idea where they stand in the relationship,,,so this whole thing kinda opens a whole new can of worms for them both lmaooo

Nezha definitely doesn’t want to be there, but he got jobs to do which Wukong sometimes help with just to keep the Celestial Realm thinking that’s he’s not up to anything as is still definitely following their rules and not actively raising a cub of his own blood which would definitely be a threat to the feds

I can definitely smell another arc incoming of the Celestial realm finding out, although it’s not until after Xiaolei is born that they find out…although that arc would be also focused on Nezha’s family more lmaoo

Anyways, love potion science? Wukong’s magic basically burned the love potion down, cause of furnace fires or whatever, so it on,y left small amounts of it in him, and those small amounts basically just enhanced his preexisting feelings, which the largest target of his romantic feeling would be Macaque, so the potion wouldn’t activate until his target was in front of him💃💃💃
