No as a guy I can tell you 100% I cry sometimes. I cried when naruto got his headband at first and I cried when Gai said he'd die with Lee if the surgery failed and I cried like a fucking baby when Neji fucking died what the fuck I cried so much I don't even like Neji

Jake is running around, laughing and howling and cheering with a few kids younger than him- all proudly baring matching headbands! He did pass.

Minato wondered through the crowd of youngsters, intent on congratulating each one personally. It went down better than a speech. He shook hands with each one, smiling broadly.

Minato happened on Jake last, not though any consideration on his part but mere random chance.

"Ah, and last but not least our most hard-working student." He grinned, reaching out to shake Jake’s hand.
