Grieving heartbreak at the arboretum yesterday

Thinking about breaking no contact to talk if we should continue dating. Realizing I hold resentment so deeply. Wondering if my intuitions were correct or if I didn't communicate clearly enough. Constantly stumped by when to accept incompatibility versus communicating more. Remembering when I actually would envision a long term future together and how long it's been since I genuinely felt that.
