Somebody please tell me poor James Pendrick catches a damn break already. Dude is like bad luck magnet and while he can be a pompous butt, he really doesn’t deserve this.

For real though, he has so many amazing ideas, but Murdoch always comes here like “omfg Mr Pendrick you’re guilty of murder *exaggerated sigh* again” and ruins the thing James invented, then leaves after he’s found innocent like I swear this happened like 13 times already

I just want James to find him a woman who is super smart, pretty, shares a lot of his interests, and truly loves him. Poor guy needs a break.

Does anyone know of a good James Pendrick/OC fanfic? Or a good Murdock/OC fanfic?

I so want to write one where a smart, pretty woman from the present is sent back to the past. Armed with knowledge of the future I think it would be interesting to see what she does with it, if anything. Not sure who she'd end up with. I'd like to say Murdoch but I don't think he's what she needs. He likes to stay in one place. So I think I'd pair her with Pendrick. I wonder if anyone else has had this idea?
