Hi everyone and most importantly myself, this is my journal recording my process, progress and the outcomes regarding the topics mentioned in my description, this journal will allow me to look back at my journey and to help others who may be interested in these topics, or just love to read anything regarding these topics.

My body literally felt asleep during the focus 10 meditation!! And then the hypnogogic jerk kicked in, and it felt like i feel from a great height, and shook my body

Wave-1: Audio 2

Intro To Focus 10

1st Listen

Listened to 2nd audio, after 2 listens of the 1st audio, as it felt 'basic' for me, i already have experience in meditation maybe that's why.

Anyways, this was completely different nothing like i have ever felt before, i did have a few difficulties like almost falling asleep for few moments, but still completed it.

When i reached focus 10, i literally couldn't feel my body, it felt like it was actually asleep, my breathing slowed down so much just on its own, like slower and a little shallower, it became more thoracicoabdominal, i could only feel it my chest, meanwhile felt my intestines sort of open up, if that makes sense, felt only few tingling sensation over the body.

After waking up, had this intense cool sensation all over my face, like this peaceful coolness, also my mind is so silent and calm, and this sense of gratitude all over mind. I also had to take a shit immediately after, like my body released all the pent up tension sort of.

Definitely going to do follow it for at least 1 week before going forward, i want to go through the entire tape without actually ever losing awareness and enter this state on my own with any guidance or music

Wave 1: Audio 1- Discovery

1st Listen

I just completed the audio successfully on my 2nd try, felt asleep on my 1 st try because i was so sleep deprived.

I read the manual attached to it first and then started to listen, first was the energy conversion box, where you put anything you want to during the session, i put my thoughts, fear of unknown, the physical reality and seal it shut.

Then the resonant breathing, i felt so rejuvenated and fresh while i completed doing that, there was intense tingling, on the sole of my left feet. My 3rd eye, the space between the brows felt so heavy and started tingling, which only intensified further in the session.

Focus 3: Further the voice guided me to focus 3, i didn't thought that i actually went deeper in my mind, didn't remember the way my body was oriented felt like i was floating, all of my body tingled at once and couldn't feel the physical presence of my hands. The 3rd eye was so so heavy and i had vivid imaginations of my intentions, like i literally couldn't visualise anything, but now i put the intention of various objects and colours, like roses for red, ocean floor blue etc and it was so vivid, but with intention my 3rd eye was so heavy that i actually had to stop the effort, and then just became awareness.

Then the voice came to wake me up to C-1, and only then i realised how deeper i have been in meditation, my body literally felt like it was floating and swaying side by side, then i fully wake up, still slight pressure is there in between the brows.

Will definitely do it 2-3 times again before continuing to next audio.
