Guy is the best overall, he has an actual personality, is a dick but is still heroic, makes a great foil for all the other DC heroes. Kyle has the best origin (last GL, chosen at random) and best way to use powers (he's a manga nut and a comic artist). Alan has the best costume, no argument. Hal is the best known, except for people who know John from the cartoon. Jessica is cute and likeable, especially for a modern female hero. Baz and Teen Bendis Lantern are trash. tl;dr Guy>Kyle>Alan>John>Hal>Jess>Baz=Teen Lantern If Guy had Kyle's origin, he'd be perfect. If he had Kyle's job, he'd be Rob Liefeld with a power ring.
