Oh, interesting about your alternate head canon for Wilson and Willow being a terrible twosome. I'd love to see more of that of you have it.

I sort-of do, but It’s still honestly a major struggle for me to get a good representation of their personalities. I think that I kinda grew up with a lot of terrible, problematic relationship dynamics in fiction and so I am in a constant state of being unsure of what I really want to represent in my own work. I will try to make something highlighting this dynamic in a good way sometime, I promise! :3

Is anyone cosplaying Don’t Starve Together to Emerald City Comic Con?

I would love to have a big photoshoot on Saturday! :D There don’t seem to be any meetups listed on the main website, so let me know if there is already one planned, but I figure if I didn’t take initiative I would regret it!

The times being tossed around are either 12pm or 6:30pm. I think an evening DST shoot might be cool because DRAMATIC LIGHTING!~ But also morning ones are easier for people to get to usually? Hoping to just use the copious amounts of rocks and trees in the outdoor area of the convention center! I’d love to get an idea of how much interest there is so I can let photographer people know.

Does anyone have any OCs they want me to draw?

I need a face/design for a featured NPC in an AU comic and, though I can make them look bland and random, I thought it might be fun if someone had a non-cannon dst OC that they wanted me to put in the comic… Kinda dumb but possibly fun?? Let me know!

I feel like I should explain this better because actually, it might be awesome!!

My AU is based on an rp game that usually has a great deal of NPCs and requires the existence of other characters besides the main ones. The problem is, it feels wrong to just make up random people and I kind of get decisional fatigue trying to make up their looks! 

Annnnndd!~ I know that many people like to make up OCs!! 

I think it’d be really fun if all the NPCs in my Don’t Starve AU world were original characters from the fan community. Of course there are many different kinds of NPCs that I would need-- they primarily fall into two categories:

A) Villainous memebers of a shadowy organization

B) Normal people who react and/or help with the situation/are saved by the main party

Obviously, I will give credit to original creators if I use their character. Please know this is all for fun and not monetary gain. I make comics in my AU pretty sporadically and it’s not very awesome. But-- If you feel equally chill and wish to share your OC reply to this in some capacity. Let me know if you feel like your character would fit more into group A or B,  I’ll treat the whole thing kind-of like a casting call and pick the one that best fits the present scene and NPC need at the moment.

((I go back and fourth on whether I want AU Willow and Wilson to be sad potatoes running for their lives or, like, terrifying monsters that should be feared. I kinda think its a mixture of the two in a perfect world.
