First bike ride in about 2 months! 😊 Sooooo nice!
Not much pain...felt pretty good. We'll see how I feel in a little while. (And tomorrow!)
I took it easy...I'm only supposed to do "up to 5 miles a day, and not very hard." Trying to stick with that! I went a little over on mileage, but it's hard to do exactly 5 miles on country roads. My average was 12 mph so no danger there, lol.
Really hoping I can continue...I would like my life back, so to speak. Being inactive is no fun!!

First run since hurting my back in June.
Quarter-mile, really slow, hoping I didn't overdo it. But it felt SO good.
Still no answers, but I will just be thankful for today, that I could move at all.
Wearing ‘running’ clothes is only important so people know it’s your hobby. If you go running in normal clothes everyone wonders what you’re running from.
