“Another reason I love Tumblr so much is the fact it tells me that the Trigun fandom is still going strong. God why couldn't it have come out a bit more recently so it's more 'in' if you know what I mean.”

“As much as it pains me to say, I think we should all give up on the chance of any more anime coming out for Trigun. I know I sound like an asshole but even with the massive fandom we have and how dedicated we all are, the companies that make anime are more interested in sequels and whatever will bring in the most cash; much like the movie industry.”

“I finished Trigun a few days ago and now have a huge crush on Vash. He’s a pacifist (even after being traumatized), cheerfully optimistic, great with kids, wise, knows when to get serious, and ridiculously good-looking. I always tell myself I’ll never marry and have kids, but if he was real? I’d break that promise in a heartbeat.”

“So I was looking for some rule 34 of Vash recently (AHAHAH sorry not sorry, he’s friggin’ gorgeous) and to say the least, it wasn’t very good. Nothing but MS Paint circa 2003 looking art. Where is the quality stuff for him, seriously? Someone needs to get drawing NOW.”

“I just rewatched Trigun and it still gets me every time. Just his love of life. That first episode where he says he disapproves of suicide more than anything keeps reminding me of why I don't have those thoughts anymore. His influence is that strong.”
